Occupancy Advantage is wonderful!
What continually impresses me is they are always working on their product, and updating and taking our suggestions into consideration on making it easier to use. The entire staff is very accommodating. Their online training sessions are some of the best I've used. I highly recommend them.

Love, Love Occupancy Advantage
We switched from REPS to Occupancy Advantage at the end of the year and love everything about it. Representatives have been fabulous to work with during the switch over!! Always open to any and all questions and offer great advice about the help page as a back up also. Love the reports, love being able to set goals, and chat with other staff from Occupancy Advantage. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a database to track leads.

A CRM for Senior Living Care... And It Sure Is...
It was fine. Being as it was an industry tool it had its perk and benefits which outweighed the negatives.
PROSIt is built for the Senior Living Community industry so out of the box it comes with the fields and information you'll need specifically to your own community. Since the customers are all in the same vertical the support is able to help as they're more niche themselves
CONSIt's bulky and clearly meant for the senior living community. It's not the most intuitive, and very limiting if you want to push the bucket a little. It's good at what it does, but not much more.

OA has changed our marketing!
OA has truly changed the way we do marketing. It has helped us track leads and I love how you can set a task to remind yourself to reconnect with people.
