The only Operations Deployment Tool that startups need!
We found Zorp when we were deploying an on-ground team of service providers. We had 3 main requirements to track and monitor the team:1. Send updates to customers/users2. Assign service requests to individual team members3. Track progress, quality, issues and feedback in a centralized mannerWe found Zorp and it fit our needs to a "T". The best features we found were:1. Quick deployment2. Reliable3. Scalable4. Easy to modify and integrate with customer appAs startups, we go through frequent changes in our processes. Because we had Zorp integrated the first time, we seamlessly went through multiple updates without any significant user re-training, and without any delays. Speed is essential to startups and Zorp accelerated our ability to execute, that too irrespective of scale!

Highly recommended software as a service for business just starting up
We started with Zorp when they first launched in market and had been a progressive customer since past 8 months. Very happy with the level of support and knowledge they provide in moving forward with the product to make it better for our individual use case
PROSNo code platform which is very easy to use. Team and support is always commendable. Great integrations can be done with this platform like whatsapp API, Maps trakking, Reporting metabase
CONSUpdates done internally sometimes hinder with operations but these are very well compensated by the support of amazing team that they have

DIY infrastructure for physical work
The team has been a excellent support wherever needed and have made the entire journey till now very smooth and seamless.
PROSFor a Business unit with a very dynamic function whose maroj chunk is manual work, ZORP has helped to Organize and Automate the manual work efficiently. Furthermore the No Code aspect helps to Deploy the features on a very short timeframe.

Easy to start with, inexpensive
Overall response is great as we have tried other alternatives before. At Zorp, team has answered to every queries and have made some features immediately after receiving feedback.
PROSCustomer support, they immediately responds to our queries and help with an resolution or way around.
CONSSame issues occurs repetitively like some features while disabled gets enabled automatically after a new published change.

Zorp did not had many options back then but covered most of our required features, pricing was very good and guaranteed a great customer support.

None of the Apps were as customizable as Zorp. Did not had many relatable options as per our business requirements. And very poor customer support.

Good Product to manage delivery experience
Working the the team at Zorp was a very good experience. The tech team led by Vivek helped us whenever we needed and it was a breeze. I would recommend the product to anyone who needs to add delivery rider tracking to their system
PROSThe API integration with Zorp was very easy as the documentation and the tech support that we had was very good. The API documentation is very clear and worked without any hiccup from testing to production.
CONSWe would have liked the app to work offline too. Currently it works only online and this was an issue for some delivery riders. (It is possible that this issue has been fixed now)
