The application has performed flawlessly and on the very rare occasion that we suck needs problem the technical support staff is very responsive and positive in resolving the issue. In most cases, the technical issue is one that we create. The professionalism exhibited by their staff is remarkable. Great product and great team. Cons: I have no complaints on the product I am using. However. Given the small scope of mailings that we perform, we're using reproductive has more capabilities than we will ever require or need.
