The program runs smoothly now, after some glitches in the data base that required significant intervention from your techs, and some manual re-entry. Support has been very good throughout. Cons: When PakLog times out, it does NOT automatically refresh to the log-in page. So you cannot tell whether you are logged in or not. So you think you can do a search in PakLog thinking you are still logged in. When you enter the search, PakLog looks like it took your command but after a few seconds later PakLog kicks you out to the sign in page. This happens often on a daily basis. LOL!
