Overall this is an amazing system love it and excited for the new things to come.

Ease of use creating and revising inspection plans - the workflow is fast. Easily update a specification or an entire rev change in minutes.

I find it hard to believe that this wouldn't work wonders for you.

I see most of the problem is when companies don't know how to evolve or change there procedures to make a tool work. I really don't have an issue enough to list a least liked feature of this software.

This software is amazing what it can do. The efficiency and cost effectiveness alone was a big win for us.

Overall great experience. Customer service is outstanding and they are always open to feedback on features and UX or creating a custom CMM import template.

Requirements, QC Plans, Inspection Plans, Supplier Dash boards, all of this and so much more. And did I mention the money it saved in labor...outstanding.

There are many advantages to implementing 1Factory, not the least of which is the 1Factory team's excellent customer service.

No matter how powerful a tool may be, if it's hard to use or implement, then it fails to get used. 1Factory is elegantly simple.

No telephone support and this is problematic, as generic solutions are not solving our problem.

Extremely comprehensive and works seamlessly with Xero and Shopify. It is user friendly and easy to understand for any systems oriented thinker.

It is also nice that you can switch from one language to another with one click. Support is excellent, always here to help very quickly.

Help is great, aid in assisting in most of your needs (both online, and through customer support).

The software is the most straightforward solution for MRP I've ever found. The team there is very responsive and the newsletter always has interesting information, tips, and case studies.

This product is easy to use, searching via customer, invoice number or order number is helpful.

Learning videos are great. Subcontracting feature is crucial for us (can still be improved I believe.).

I did not have that with our previous software. It's very user friendly and self explanatory, I can definitely figure out what I need with all the help they provide.

Report/statistics is limited. Graph (statistic) is not printable, can view only.

Easy to use program that can be scaled with company growth. Customer service is very helpful.

The integration with QB Online, while functional, is limited. There is no Class tracking, and you cannot select multiple COGS accounts.

Great customer service and overall the product is quite strong.

The progressive nature of the software and its ability to jump to the exact page you need. It's pretty too in the simplest non-cluttered clean way.

For me this caused major embarrassment and had a negative impact on my reputation and as such I will not be associated with the software or business again.

I recommend MRPeasy to anyone looking for a powerful and flexible MRP.

Easy integration with Xero. For our company the modules of production planning/manufacturing, procurement and stocks are very important and this software fits our purpose.

I am able to clearly define my labor costs and operation scheduling.

The MRPEasy software suits our small business' requirements well and offers some fundamental features that are critical for successful application of the software.

But most importantly the usability of the program is outstanding.

After a few months system is working perfectly for us, and the new features come out regularly, and quite often on our own request.

MRPEasy is afforadable and easy to use. I would definitely do the free trial to get a better idea of how it works before implementing everything.

It is easy to use, and I like that it can integrate with Xero.

Some of the data transfers between Quickbooks online and MRPeasy, are hard to track, but not impossible.

The flow of production through the system is very logical and streamlined. It captures all details and is great at job costing and inventory management.

Overall experience is good, I have trialed 5 other cloud based MRP / ERP systems and found this to be the best combination of value for money, ease of use and functionality.

I want my employees to be able to use functions like bar code scanning on their tablets without having to pay enterprise / professional subscriptions for them as well.

The UX is very neat and intuitive. The dashboard cames with colored squares each one named exactly according what it does like procurement or production planning.
