What I liked most about AccountMate was how easy it made everything.

Accountmate is an excellent mid-level accounting software that is extremely flexible. It is well worth the money to have in-house programability.

There are plenty of online videos and fact sheets to help with training on the different modules. The customer service is fantastic.

This product is super competitively priced compared to some of the other software's that do the same things.

Licensing and user registration  is type of confusing. Not much features to connect to multiple systems.

We realize that no software will be perfect and without its bugs. However, AccountMate gets the job done.

Easy to use and to learn as a new user. Also, customization which is a plus.

Limited dashboards for charting, shortcuts are lacking, no process flowcharts.

We have a warehouse/distribution center with 2 employees using the Accountmate Software. The software is easy to use and the customer service is top notch.

Worst experience ever with software and Reseller.

It's like having a super cool tool that helps me do lots of work stuff without getting mixed up. It's really easy to use, like playing a fun game on my computer where I always know what to do next.

Easy to Understand and generate the Supply Chain activities as Purchase Requisition, Purchases Orders and Inventory, and the financial accountability process.

AccountMate as an inventory basis is pretty robust with the numerous features it can provide. Everything works as expected.

Overall, AccountMate is an excellent program and is a great choice for all accountants.

The interface is friendly and the reminders are also useful. It is really convenient for people in account major.

The user interface is very clean, simple and easy to navigate. Again, with an in-house programmer, it can be made even better as we were able to customize to our particular needs.

I have yet to find anything difficult or inefficient within the modules that we use (GL, AR, AP, BR).

I've been using AccountMate for a little over five years. Its a great product and very easy to use.

It's intuitive and easy to use while being very robust and comprehensive. Perfect for distributing work across teams and keeping track of progress and issues.

It's like an extra powerful ship, abundant in functions and features, that would bring you anywhere you like. For complex projects, it's probably a hidden weapon that decides about the win.

Great task-management software at an affordable price - JIRA is a great solution for a small business.

Jira has been good tool to help us organize and execute our team's work. I'd hope to find more flexibility in views and the like in JIRA, but as it's focus is on software teams I understand.

There are nice features that integrate across the ecosystem, like opsgenie, also the charts seem useful,  having multiple metrics about the project progress.

Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.

Customer service is outstanding. Great for companies to use as a ticketing system for logging issues, creating tasks and projects etc.

Overall experience is very nice with jira because of it's inclusive price & good features.

I really like the ease of use. It s very versatile and i like the customer support.

I love the integration with bitbucket because I can relate commits, pull requests and branches to an amount os cards on Jira, what is great for maintenability as well as for management.

We've had developers tell us that they hate JIRA because everything is just too confusing.

Its configuration is a little confusing. As for use, in the beginning user is somewhat lost due to many fields and features of the tool.

Overall, the product is great to use. If your company invests in it then as a user, you should can count yourself lucky.

In addition, it is a great motivational tool and teaches us to discipline. It gives great insight into the status of ongoing projects and helps in their accessible presentation.

I like having the ability to “tag” other colleagues until tickets and messages. I also like the integration ability with some of our other tools.

I love that you can make recommendations and they listen to you and implement the changes which are great.

Jira was great for what I needed it for; bug reporting. However, as someone who it took a while to learn, I am happy that is all I had to do.

It’s a great program that helps organizations stay on top of project completions or important customer interactions.

Helps categorize, filter, share issues with great ease. There are so many good features that I love, it's hard to list over a review.

The problem is that with the passage of time I have been getting more things that I dislike and the initials do not stop bothering me, they could even bother me more at a certain point.

Also the issue tracking system is awesome. I used other service desk solutions in the past but Jira is best among them.

It's great to have a single place where we can document epics/features/stories/tasks. It's a great integration with third-party tools like Git.
