While the product is very good, Aha's customer service and support is far and away the best I have ever encountered, not only from software providers but pretty must across all walks of life.

So much flexibility in how you want to build out your roadmaps. Setting up workflows and custom fields/layouts to suite my organizations needs was super easy.

Aha! is an excellent tool for organizations looking to mature their product management processes.

Awsome support and help desk where it is easy to find information on the questions you have and very responsive customer support that are eager to help you.

Lack of Power Bi integration and no plan to schedule reports export.

It's the only product that actually helps me think through my strategy and links these models and timelines to tactics so that I can see progress against my objectives.

After getting used to it gives you ton of features to create stunning visualizations and project tracking on a very nice way.

The tool is creative and comprehensive, and it is always being tweaked and improved based on the feedback of their users.

We manage over 100 events a year and more than 40 sales people, so keeping them in the loop with our progress is great.

The navigation is also somewhat poor, and there are a handful of specific views that are hard to use, which is a point of confusion for many users.

Most importantly, it allows you to sync strategic planning with your operational tasks. The ability to highlight objectives/initiatives on the feature cards was extremely important.

Aha! brings clarity to my clients like no other tool I have used. There are other tools that do this or that but nothing is as easy to use and drives clarity for leadership in an organization.

Aha! can sometimes be buggy when typing up a new idea, the admin portal is messy and hard to navigate. It is difficult to search for particular items in the portal from the back end.

We have been extremely happy with the ease of use, overall features and value provided by Aha! for our roadmapping and project management needs.

Great integration with azure DevOps, great for tracking strategy goals, initiative and tie this together with release planning and features.

The support team is awesome. They are prompt, and work with you to provide a solution that fits your needs.

Everything works how you'd expect it to. It is EASY to use if you spend an hour or two looking at the help videos and basking in the glow of what an amazing product you're investing in.

The ideas portal is fabulous. Easy to configure, easy to use, and saves me hours of headaches trying to manage that.

I really like how easy it is to use and the ability to integrate with other tools. The Aha team has been great to work with.

The product itself is great and as a startup the special pricing package cant be beat.

But there is also plenty of other software in the world that does it. We did struggle a bit with the integration with Jira, but that's largely because of Jira deficiencies.

I also like that you can have an idea portal to solicit input from customers/end users. The investor presentation deck is also super useful.

Easy to use , mostly don't need help. Support is fantastic - never had a case open more than 10 minutes.

Not only me but my entire team is very satisfied with Aha! which is definitely a lovable product.

It would make a one stop location to have all the information in one place compared to opening up other tabs to trying to locate your balances.

Customer support is fantastic. Looking forward to utilizing extensibility and test automation.

Ease of movement around system. The query function is a great way to filter info.

My experience with Costpoint has been a very positive experience. The customer support is always very efficient and helpful with any bump in the road I have ever encountered.

Reporting Feature a little difficult for me to manage.

I have to back out 30 PR's right now but wanted to say how absolutely awful this software is.

It has been interesting to use Costpoint as an MRP system in our business, with the learning curve we are slowly adjusting, but enjoying the software.

Easy of use and love the ability to copy into excel. So much easier now than in the old  CP versions.

The system takes a long time to learn and is difficult to navigate.

It is an easy system to use and little training to be able to know how to use (very user friendly).

Over the last year, I have seen a vast improvement in the quality of the support personnel and the response time. Thank you for making my job easier.

CostPoint meets my needs in performing my job. The ease of the system makes it a great tool to use.

I like the ease of the product. I was able to utilize it with little to no training.

Error messages are not clear as to the real issue is. It lacks some of the report functionality.

I've spent a couple hours now fighting the software and it's absolutely unusable - and I'm a senior level programmer...AND I CAN'T GET THINGS TO WORK.

Ease to select rows of data and export to excel and vice versa. Help information is great as well.

Deltek has a very good customer support, they are excellent in providing for defense organizations needs. Their consultants are very knowledgeable and well trained.

Very easy to use and easy to learn’ very robust system from the beginning of a project all the way to the end.

And then there's the Expense module in costpoint, oh my. I have no idea what I'm looking at sometimes.

I like the display for the calendar, it is easy to add a new line for additional hours billed and keep track all hours. I also think it is easy to navigate the branching time charge.

Easy to track your hours worked and if they were approved or not. Also the feature of used/unused leave balance is really helpful.

Click on random looking glass icon or square faded blue icons and search, leave codes -- search through layered menus and then figure out what to add.

Lack of direct integration of Time & Expense. Very expensive Deltek consulting, with a one-day (8-hour minimum charge).

My review is from an administration standpoint. When I first started supporting this software, the support from Deltek was less than amazing.
