Pros/Cons

Pros
Ease of use. Very good user interface that requires little if any training or user guide. The product is able to be customized to our needs.
Lots of options to customise. Tech support is the best I've experienced, they reply instantly with the instructions I need to achieve what I'm trying to do. Haven't experienced any bugs whatsoever.

Cons
Not a con per se but it takes a while for a new user to understand all the rich features available in the platform.
Sometime the settings are confusing due to the way they are named and organised. Some of the names repeat but are for different things and it's easy to get lost in the navigation.

Pros
I like this software because it is very effective and efficient to my team. This is a software with complete package. The functions and features are very nice.
The ability to drill down between modules is wonderful. I've never used a software that allowed this so seamlessly.

Cons
Server based - not internet accessible. Would prefer links rather than the "where used" functionality. Works very well, but you have to dig a little for connected items.
Forecasting needs to be improved. The way sub-assemblies are scheduled could be improved although very flexible.
