Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • All projects have been organized into very easy access format, and interface is very intuitive, have no big problems so far.

  • the views that you can have for multi-team projects is great and the general functionality is very good for any product team

  • Cons

  • In the beginning , steep learning curve and confusing navigation. But it gets better with training and experience.

  • I wish they had a mobile interface. So many times in meetings I get asked about one thing or another and pulling it up on my phone is doable, but not awesome...

  • Pros

  • The software has great functionality. Qualtrics provides exceptional training and tips. The customer services is outstanding.

  • Qualtrics is a great survey tool and can be used for many purposes. My whole organization uses it in many different ways. There are a ton of great features and it is easy to learn how to use.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes there are too many features and it can be overwhelming. Once you get to know the software more, however, it's more natural.

  • As with any software program, there are limitations. I have found a few, but as mentioned, was able to do a satisfactory work around.
