  • Pros

  • Some of the benefits that I found useful are listed below. It helps in tracking a number of tasks whether it is a new feature, an issue or bug or anything that requires some kind of tracking.
  • It's like an extra powerful ship, abundant in functions and features, that would bring you anywhere you like. For complex projects, it's probably a hidden weapon that decides about the win.
  • Cons

  • Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.
  • We've had developers tell us that they hate JIRA because everything is just too confusing.
  • Pros

  • The documents are clean and easy to read. Overall, I enjoy logging into Qualio and navigating the system to quickly get what I need.
  • It gives alot of good information, up to date information.
  • Cons

  • Most software will encounter an error now and then. While it is infrequent with Qualio, the error messages can be vague, prompting support calls that could be avoided with better detail.
  • One feature that is missing is automatic reminders of incomplete assigned training (supposed to be on the roadmap, though!).
