AutoCAD is very easy and friendly in use, there is very easy command in AutoCAD which I love the most.

There is a problem of not having all the fonts available when downloading the program and the need to download other fonts separately in order to open some layouts, especially for Arabic fonts.

Its most important positive feature is ease of use and speed of learning by memorizing and understanding shortcuts.

I enjoy drawing in 2D and 3D and I especially enjoy creating building plans and this software is excellent for these purposes.

The software keys getting better and easier to use with multiple ways to use the software (online, desktop, mobile). The price can be prohibitive for those who only have occasional usage like myself.

I experienced program crash on my computer sometimes and it leads data&time loss for user.

Not a free version for small business or discounted price. Always auto-save problem and lost projects.

The biggest disadvantage of AutoCAD is that it comes with a lot of problems, which is to be expected from a tool that can do so much. It seems reasonable to me.

The data reporting feature is quite limited in functionality so we have decided to use a different reporting feature to extract data from the Synergy database.

I also like the fact that I can insert documents and video into a data bank which help the operator to understand the measurement points, and technique. The customer support is superior.

And we pay annually for updates and service and rarely see updates so not sure what we are paying for because we rarely call service.

The product itself is very user friendly and easy to set-up and maneuver. Working with personnel who had minimal computer skills and/or SPC knowledge was a breeze due to the easy of the software use.

So far our customers have been greatly impressed with our statistical controls so we are enjoying that we made the jump to SPC.

Not something you want if your a 1 man IT department. We frequently would get programming errors that someone with no database experience could fix.

I would highly recommend this product to any organization looking to get SPC off the ground fast with out the need for a long high cost implementation.

Disappointed that there has been no follow-up of any kind from Zontec to see how we are doing. Especially since we did struggle in the beginning.
