BusinessMan CRM/ERP software

BusinessMan is a cloud-based and on-premise business management solution with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) as primary modules. Key features include accounting, purchasing, quote management, job or work orders, sales order processing, inventory management, document manager and human resources.

The purchasing feature allows users to create purchase orders directly from a sales order or a job/work order. The scheduling and dispatch module features drag-and-drop scheduling, recurring schedules, graphical or list views and time clash management. The inventory management module stores item information, accounting information, purchase history, text descriptions and images of inventory items.

It offers integration with QuickBooks and Sage accounts. The solution is available for a one-time cost for a selected number of users. Support is offered via phone and email. Other help options include case studies and FAQs.

    BusinessMan CRM/ERP


    BusinessMan CRM is quite simply one of the most comprehensive solutions out there. From the first point of contact with a customer through to the job being carried out onsite with an ipad or Android, this system encompasses the whole customer journey. As Computech IT Services have built BusinessMan from the ground up, any changes can be made rapidly which gives us the feel of bespoke system, as there are no limitations for what we can or can not have. BusinessMan is definitely worth evaluating yourself, as you will struggle to find something else out there that gives you so much value for your money. From Warehouse and stock Management, Contract renewal management and Web portals for remote access, it hits every vertical market. I use it heavily for sales and marketing and have done for the last year. We are a small to medium size company. The transition was a little headachey as our own data we transferred was not very good. I particularly like the email client as it is easy to track all communication between staff and customers.
