It does everything we need, and is cloud based which is fantastic. Integrates with the other systems we need it to as well.

Ekos was 100% a solid investment - it has its pain points, like any software, but their customer service helps smooth that out.

I like how easy it is to use and how everything is straightforward.

It is hard to delete stuff on Ekos when you make a mistake.

I can fulfill sales orders from my mobile device using the EKOS app, or from my laptop, making anywhere in the world my mobile sales office.

The overall ability to keep track of inventory from receiving raw ingredients, to batch production to final product, and also the ability to sync with our accounting system.

The reporting tool is inflexible. Custom reports often time out with cryptic errors.

The error codes are frustrating at times when I am trying to log in. I am not sure if that is my internet browser or my actual internet connection that could be the problem.

Ekos is the easiest and most intuitive inventory management software available for brewers. Getting new users trained up is simple and fast, but with a depth of capabilities for advanced users.

Overall, I am happy enough with the tool...however it has the potential to be so much more powerful for us.

It ensures that we have the proper amount of kegs for our deliveries for the day as well as easily manages our inventory and even integrates with Quickbooks to allow us to easily invoice.

Their customer support is quick, friendly, and helpful (despite what others have said on this page). The features are never ending, therefore it may take a person quite some time to learn.

Order Hub' is a fantastic one-of-a-kind feature from Ekos, allowing customers to place orders in an Amazon-type environment.

I would highly recommend Ekos to any current brewery or winery. It is the perfect platform to integrate and track every aspect of your business.

4th feature requests seem to go into a black hole. Personally, have stopped entering them as no action was taken on them.

There's also the occasional error with batch tasks that prevent us from deleting an incorrect task or batch, requiring us to make a help desk request to remove the erroneous tasks.

The reports are a little difficult to customize and there are so many already in the system that it is hard to find what information you need.

There is a lack of reality on how information is entered and their focus on the order of entry does not always equal the reality of what you are doing. Software is not user friendly or intuitive.

Ekos is a great CRM software, and overall great tool for a brewery of any size. You can keep all your information in this one program, and unlimited users can get a ton of value out of Ekos.

Ekos doesn't integrate well with other software platforms.

QuickBooks by Intuit is a great accounting solution for small businesses as it is easy to use and has great support.

The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.

It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

Inventory  wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM  (Method) that does not cost  a fortune.

This is absolutely ridiculous and appears to be by design. Shame on Intuit for this scheme to rip off its customers.

What I like the most about this super cool software is how easy it is to use compared to other softwares out there.

Sometimes the software will freeze up and I'll have to restart it to get it to work again. That is kinda annoying to have to do that.

I love the functionality of it and how user friendly it is. My favorite is integrating the bank and CC for easy reconciliation.

I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike  about this software.

If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.

This is the best software for all size organizations. I love that it integrates with my bank account and gives me clear reports with visuals.

Help section is great and very informative. We use the reports feature a lot, and it is awesome to have so many reports to choose from to analyze how our business is doing financially.
