Easy to manage inventory and review all the data. The dashboard is excellent.

I learned how to identify what causes errors within the software. I learned how to map out what what each menu item is used for.

We use a ton of customizations and personalization. The ability to do so is awesome.

It's hard to say what I liked most because I didn't really like it that much. One positive is that it's a very robust product probably best suited to a much larger company than ours.

Epicor is a solid and highly scalable option that generates a positive return on investment. It also has a real-time data analysis.

Epicor has been a blessing with customer support, as it helps us track every aspect of a parts creation.

Several modules are included for improving requirements and are very weak. Example: Integration to Salesforce.

It's easy to implement and if you have an. NET team the knowledge curve is low and you can customize the modules by yourself.

Some restrictions which are costly to customize and work around. Forms are not easily edited.

Biggest issue is when  a new version comes out something that was working before is no longer working. And its not a customization its core functionality.

Moving around Epicor is extremely difficult, you have to do so many clicks for any functionality or any task you decide to do. It bugs easily and you have to close it and finish the task in windows.

I use this everyday at work and it is so easy compared to Mapics. I am very impressed with their support staff every time I have an issue.

The software at times can be rather slow and crash often.

It is a little difficult to integrate to other softwares.

Epicor is amazing for tracking production details.

The ability to customize reports is outstanding. I also like that I can easily find the information I need when I need it.

Extra resource and efforts are required to rectify system issues which should have been part of the cloud service offering. The post live ongoing technical support is fairly poor.

There are a number of programming errors that really are quite annoying and have never been fixed even though I know we have asked.

If you made a lot of customisation, the upgrades will be difficult.

Also the limited coding that is allowed due to being a multi tenant client however this is more about what we purchased then the product it self.

It has been great we have found errors in our engineering program and saved a great deal of money. It has allowed us to have all of the different departments all in one ERP.

For the most part easy to use. Has a lot of modules that you can use depending on your business.

Hardly can search any error message that generated from Epicor in EpicCare Portal.

The support team is also fantastic...and while maintenance and support is expensive, it's worth it and you get what you pay for.

I like the flexibility to customize the software to fit your business. There are many features which can be incredibly useful.

Having the system produce BOL's is very confusing and time consuming to set up.

Our company has used this for several years and had great success.

The online submission is often limited to drop down selections that have nothing to do with the problem.

Epicor Advanced MES software is best for big manufacturing industries because in EPICOR, production tracking is awesome. We can estimate the time and cost with that.

The integration and interface make for a good user experience that is flexible enough to meet most users' needs.

It is a great interface for time tracking, generating part specific costs and reports.

The product is very user friendly and powerful. The APS is a great tool for scheduling.

You can’t move it, either because it’s not the active window. The cut/paste form fill interface is very difficult to decipher and almost impossible to use if you don't have an insert button.

The flexibility to mold it to our specific needs in our plant processes makes my job easier and the company more efficient. The people in Global Shop are so willing to help, they are wonderful.

Also, the support team is absolutely wonderful to deal with and very helpful anytime I have questions on how to better our system.

It's flexible software with continuous upgrades, and they have responsive employees. It's a good, solid company with good values.

The one thing that annoys me the most is limited number of characters that can be used when making a new item number in inventory.

This is an issue for those clocking in and out. Errors messages are a problem.

It is such a great added benefit and has been useful many times when I want to learn different modules and functions.

Supply and Demand with Edit is great. Makes navigation painless and easy as far as the manufacturing side.

It's a great idea, but the user interface is cumbersome to use and less intuitive than a bag of bricks.

Overwriting is GSS’s default action and there is no control-z function to correct any mistake, should you happen to overwrite what was in the field.

My favorite feature is the option to build fully customized modules ourselves and even have the ability to download custom modules made for other customers.

The GS team is great to work with and solves my questions in a very short time. They are a great team to work with.

Their customer support team is also wonderful to deal with and very helpful.

Most all of the program. If you have a problem in one module, it can affect all the others and make your life miserable.

This product it’s great it helped my company to have a better control of our inventory. Keeping track of it was a lot more work.

The support staff is very friendly and always willing to do what it takes to resolve an issue or point you in the right direction to a new feature/function you may need.

This software allows for company growth. It's a fully integrated solution that is extremely reliable.

What I dislike about this software is the learning required upfront to navigate through this ERP package.

Global Shop has given our company a wonderful infrastructure for cost evaluation and reporting. It is also wonderful at time tracking for employee time on machines, jobs, or process.

At first, I'm slightly confused in some features but I figure it out when I watched the tutorials.

It's been great to see all the new features and modern enhancements they have been putting in recently. It does an excellent job tracking our manufacturing costs and getting things scheduled on-time.

It is also excellent at helping identify costing issues and looking at where improvements can be made organization-wide.

The GS system was very helpful in terms of production planning, inventory, capacity and monitoring of the items, status and finished date.
