Good Software, good price, very flexible and adaptable
Product is easy to use, intuitive and very powerful. It is also customizable. The vendor is responsive, very helpful, knowledgeable, and user friendly. Seminars are offered for training purposes and an extensive online training video library is being developed to aid in user training.
CONSThere is very little to dislike about this product or vendor. In our business, no software comes out of the box as what we need. The vendor works with you to help make the product fit your processes. We use the product over several businesses and it performs well across all of them

A lot of features for an entry-level price
We have been using EVO~ERP (including its precursor "DBA Manufacturing" for almost 25 years. In that time the program has continually been improved upon in terms of both corrections as well as features.
PROSTight integration of all modules, easy access to data with outside products such as Access, Excel and Crystal Reports.
CONSThe biggest drawback is that lookups for things by Name (such as customer, vendor, product) is not only case-sensitive, but it has to be in the exact order from the first character. For instance you cannot type "best" and find "Ray's Best Fishing". There now is a Search function where you can find things like that, but it is very slow.
Reason for choosing EVO~ERP
Not initially, but In 2010 we purchased Intuitive and spent countless hours and well over $50,000 purchasing and implementing it. But a couple weeks before go-live we came up against an insurmountable hurdle - it could not process credit cards from a third party processor. They wanted an additional $35,000 to add this feature, so we ended up staying with EVO~ERP.
Reasons for switching to EVO~ERP
Peachtree was primarily an accounting program. We needed a full-fledged manufacturing based ERP.

Stay away
It is capable of doing quite a few things that other small ERPs wouldn't do
CONSWhere do I start! Worst customer support ever. Understaffed and run by what it seems a two person team, one programmer and one sales/support person. Good luck keeping the software from locking up, quitting on you, or taking hours for generating reports. Horrible keeping track of inventory transactions. My advice, stay away from it.

Excellent inventory management software
extremely versatile- can be used to track anything that you keep inventory of and however you like to do it.
CONSIt's not very pretty- at all. That makes it hard for some users to figure it out but with some work they'll get a handle on it.

Made of frustration and disappointment
One day someone woke up and decided they were just unhappy with the world, they didn't like that people were productive and organized. So, after walking to the fridge to get a spoon to stir their coffee, they then removed the milk from the bathroom closet, threw some sugar out the window, and then decided to feed their fish the coffee beans... then they wrote the code for EVO/ERP...in multi-colored crayon. The end.
PROSThe nicest thing I can come up with to say about EVO/ERP is that, thus far, there is no evidence this worthless sack of code doesn't give you cancer.
CONS- It's about as stable as a teenage girl. - It's functionality is more fractured than civil rights.
