Expandable is a SQL based MRP/ERP system, the system structure is simple and very easy to deploy. The software is strong in Manufacturing module, rich in features and easy to be customized.

Great Implementation & Customer Support Team (really fast complete implementation!). Great scalability from small pre-revenue to large enterprise.

Quick period closing; excellent reporting; good visibility into company processes.

No access to source code; however, this ensures business logic is not compromised.

Must keep a log as what was done wrong and put in a new log to correct it. Can be confusing if you don't know what you are doing.

The Technical Support team answers questions quickly and provides good instructions to resolve issues or help you through something new.

They provide knowledge and skills to enable you to use the software to the best fit within your company. They also have many great resources at your fingertips to enhance your experience.

We also like the feature that it works great with Microsoft Excel.

Total Cost of Ownership was  superb. Implementation cost was low and we were fully supported.

The ability to track consignment inventory,  Control inventory and have costing available. Lot tracking and history.

Other softwares are real time and you don't have to go through that tedious process. Cannot easily make changes to existing data.

Organized and connectable: the Odoo has a good UX/UI, you can found your specific function faster and Sometimes from the same page Like make a task for my assistant while I'm on the sales page.

Overall it's the most suggestible not only just because of it's opensource but also, customer ease of access is very good with it.

Search is fast and flexible, alot of combination search function. Easy to use with the same UI style, UI is very clean not messy.

Also, they have friendly and very knowledgable support staff that are there to help you succeed without any high pressure tactics. They are in it with you for the long term.

The most interesting and brilliant thing about Odoo, is its framework and how easy we can develop using it. Also some apps are just easy to learn and well documented.

The best thing about this software is the versatility of the apps and the grade of customization that we can achieve.

The support is terrible, specially in UAE, the account managers for enterprise never respond and tickets are open for 3 and 4 days.

Odoo is an extremely powerful software. We use the Manufacturing Module and the CRM Module prominently and these have both been brilliant tools that we are very happy with internally.

Sourcing rather than manufacturing analyse by customize odoo, in costing and RFQ is wonderful.

Second thing is when there is any error in py file sometimes it fails to give exact error.

Very poor support of partners. Very bad deep understanding of overall solution in odoo (as main provider).

Your use facility is amazing and the best of all: is free. Odoo has OCA Community that help the user in several questions.

The ease to learn the flow of the system, the ease of adaptation to the customer's requirement. The speed in the use of the database.

So far so good, we are now live after 2 months of studying and configuring. Once you get used to it, it can be really beneficial in the long run.

The demo was amazing, incredible, I had an instant love for the tool, the low prices really excited me.

No useable software and no portion of our unused funds.

Odoo is an excellent system that integrates all areas of the company in the same platform, ideal for growing companies.

Odoo is very good, practical and easy to use ERP software. Easy customization that fulfils every clients' organizational needs.

POS is too basic and so many bugs. For instance, taxes is not updated after applying a global discount which is totally illegal.

Odoo gives me access to a lot of tools that allow me to manage my business better in one platform. I get to integrate all business processes hassle-free.

The CRM for the sales side is really easy to use and browse through and has a very good tagging feature allowing me (as sales director) to easily filter accounts and keep track of leads.

There is no mobile app for community edition yet.

It does not integrate into social networks, nor does it manage chat internally (at least, not without losing speed). Your targeting options are scarce.

The software is good, but if you need to customize they will make money over you.

The migration script of Odoo is not available before several months and return a lot of errors in the beginning when is available.

Upon further interaction we realized these needs could not be met. Not only were we not refunded for the hours we had actually utilized, they refused to refund us any of our unused retainer.
