  • Pros

  • Love the visual aids in identifying status of orders. Integration with Quickbooks is excellent and seamless.
  • The customer service group at FB understand manufacturing and are always there to guide you along the way. Great product, great price, great customer service.
  • Fishbowl's ease of use, excellent documentation, and use of wizards were key features we fell in love with. We have been using the software for two and a half months now and have never looked back.
  • Cons

  • The product is deceiving and lacks functionality for the processes we utilized for our company. They were unable to tailor the product to our needs even though they sold us on that in the beginning.
  • The system was very hard to follow and the initial integration was a nightmare. We had no customer service to help push us forward with a go live date and further onsite training was denied.
  • I tell all customers to minimize customization of products and keep them as close as possible to out of the box. This is difficult with business that are accustom to their old processes.

  • Not only are they great with the technical support but can advise on the business functions/best practices to help become a more efficient company.
  • Cons

  • Some of Infor Implementation Partners not Qualified enough for this implementation which Cause problems after finishing. No Training Tools available.
  • Implementing Visual with a bad group of consultants created many issues for us within the system.
  • The shipping functionality is a little weak and doesn't directly interface with carriers without a 3rd party application.
