The system was very hard to follow and the initial integration was a nightmare. We had no customer service to help push us forward with a go live date and further onsite training was denied.

I tell all customers to minimize customization of products and keep them as close as possible to out of the box. This is difficult with business that are accustom to their old processes.

Ease of use and simple to understand. Simplicity is what i liked the most in this software.

He is not only helpful but a complete pleasure to talk to.

I love the ease of analyzing  each piece of our manufacturing process.

The product is deceiving and  lacks functionality for the processes we utilized for our company. They were unable to tailor the product to our needs even though they sold us on that in the beginning.

They were genuinely interested in helping us improve our processes by designing a report that met our specific needs.

Basically, I've found that most people who complain about Fishbowl are really complaining about inventory, which is hugely complex.

We are looking to expand and utilize many other integrations for web store and asset tracking capabilities.

As stated above, I would not recommend this software especially for CPAs and their clients. It sounds fantastic but doesn't work as designed, especially for Quickbooks.

Hard to fix problems without having to talk to fishbowl. But they are usually very responsive when i have a problem.

It integrates with Salesforce via a API and is continually improving.

Fishbowl is powerful sales, inventory control, and purchasing software for QuickBooks users at a very reasonable price.

The disassemble process can be a bit intimidating if you don't know what you are doing. Fishbowl Go needs to be able to manufacture as well.

Fishbowl is a great asset to our company. It has been wonderful in helping us manage inventory for our warehouse and tracking errors.

Integrations with QuickBooks can be incredibly useful for companies already based in QuickBooks.

Their customer support rep. has been awesome for our team. He's taken control of our issues and been very responsive.

Ease of Quickbooks Online integration, ease of cost analysis.

When I get errors after voiding a shipment and editing and when I go to ship it again I get an error.

I love all of the Fishbowl Support team members.

Overall, I have seen users quickly adopt SQCPack and it becomes a natural part of their workflow. We collect manual data in the lab and switched from Excel to SQCPack.

SQC pack is a quick easy way to get data to a customer. Yes we can or no, here is what we can do.

What I liked the most about the software was the ease of use. Once you have the naming scheme developed you are off and running.

The software's ease of use makes training new employee's to use it very easy and saves time. We are very pleased with the software.

Nice to have options for calculated user defined fields. I was able to create an OEE charts - so it is a good product that it can be multi-functional, not just a quality too.

Creation of new files seems overly difficult too.

We do a lot of areospace or small tolerance parts and customers want to see if we can hold a tolerance and be consistant across an entire production run.

The licensing is a bit confusing at times, since I transfer licenses from machine to machine because of our current business environment changes.

Another thing that is fantastic is the customer support. Any glitches/ issues that we find are always dealt with quickly in an update.

The ability to notify users of out-of-control conditions is a nice feature especially when you have multiple variables being monitored simultaneously for a given process.

SQCPack is simple to use and quickly provides insight. One of the greatest strengths we recently utilized, is its ability to connect to a variety of existing data sources.

It has filtering capability but if you have a lot of data sets and don't invest time in a naming convention, items can get lost in the very long list.

I highly recommend SQCPack for any Healthcare Quality Improvement effort.

PQ Systems has provided the best customer service I have ever experienced from any software company and supported our needs always.

Overall very good, worked with our sales rep. who was great, and is ability to get the right support when needed.

The graphics are good and the charts print either in portrait or landscape. Exporting out as .pdf files is also a good option.

I am not a user of the product, just in charge of installation and licensing. Installation is very straight forward.

Can be difficult to attach to other inspection equipment.

We had an IT department. Some businesses might find this aspect challenging if they lack depth within their organization.

Ease of Use and the way the raw data can be analyzed with user friendly graphs and the calculated information related to SPC.

Very good Basic SPC collection software that is easy to implement.

Some trouble with older version data. Other than that I  can't find any cons with this software.

I was completely unfamiliar with it and felt lost in the beginning.

SQCpack by PQ Systems is a statistical process control (SPC) system that is suitable for most industries and any manufacturing mode. SQCpack is available in on-premise or cloud-based deployment. It is best suited for plants with more than ten employees looking for an SPC solution.


Users can capture and import data from multiple sources and use it to create histograms, charts, Pareto diagrams and capability analyses. Charting is shown in real time, and users receive email alerts for process signals.


Companies can define their own out-of-control tests or choose from options like Shewhart, Juran, AIAG, Wheeler or CHARTrunner. Direct data entry allows data to be captured from gages, measurement devices and other data collectors rather than being entered manually, and chart annotation allows users to include descriptive process information.
