The truly care and are always available to help via support and aim to continuously improve the platform via regular updates Ratings Breakdown 5 Ease of use 4 Value for money 5 Customer support 4 Functionality Pros: Excellent user interface which has the ability to monitor multiple production lines and record real time downtime. This allows root cause analysis of the reasons for job not being achieved on time and to monitor trends of multiple batches of the same products of focus on a specific production line. Additionally FourJaw has excellent customer service which are always on hand to assist in any technical issues or listen to and implement. Cons: It would be nice to have a fully customisable reporting system directly from the user interface. Fully customisable reports can be created however you have to do this via Excel. Cons: The Part we struggled with wasn't a fault of the device itself but it was how to keep power to the devices as we didn't originally hardwire them in, however once we did they ran perfect. I'm consistently able to maintain our capacity as I can act on downtime reasons, create more efficient process for uptime and make changes to manufacturing processes to remove bottlenecks. From my initial conversations there was no pressure to commit and when I had done the research on competitors Fourjaw was the best option for us. Data captured by machine means we can review bottle necks by section/machine shop. We are able to re-direct labour to fulfill machine capabilities, Cons: CBE+ bought into the product at a very early stage where the dashboards were still in development.
