Pros/Cons
Pros
- I am really glad we switched over to them. Not only do they provide a great level of support but they saved our company a lot of money.
- Our Customer Service Representative, Account Executive including tech support are just really awesome and provide amazing support.
- HSI is an excellent training platform for our organization but the outstanding customer service is the primary reason I would recommend HSI to others.
Cons
- There are almost too many features now, if that can be considered a negative.
- I have yet to run into something negative in our experience with this software.
- Sometimes it lags on the speed, but that could be an internal issue with our network.
Pros
- We are self hosted so we need more help then most of Cority's other customers but their customer support has been amazing and top quality.
- The customer support has been excellent and the staff is always wonderful to deal with.
- Great company to work with, good customer service. Always impressed with the forward thinking and continued improvement and advancements.
Cons
- Not always the most intuitive user-interface. People who don't use computers regularly struggle to learn this system.
- Layouts are difficult to customize and understand.
- WPI are difficult and time consuming to upload.
