  • Pros

  • I am really glad we switched over to them. Not only do they provide a great level of support but they saved our company a lot of money.
  • Our Customer Service Representative, Account Executive including tech support are just really awesome and provide amazing support.
  • HSI is an excellent training platform for our organization but the outstanding customer service is the primary reason I would recommend HSI to others.
  • Cons

  • There are almost too many features now, if that can be considered a negative.
  • I have yet to run into something negative in our experience with this software.
  • Sometimes it lags on the speed, but that could be an internal issue with our network.

  • The software provides easy to use documents they have a lot to choose from and can be complete customized. The training 20/20 is also an awesome compliance tool to help the overall safety program.
  • I have recommended this software numerous times without reservation. Our company also won the prestigious North Dakota Petroleum Council award based on the use of technology in safety.
  • My favorite aspect is how easy it is to customize to fit my needs and operations. The ability to adapt the application has allowed me to perform tasks not imagined by the developers.
  • Cons

  • I have yet to really run into an issue with iscout that is something that negative to remember.
  • How it organizes somethings is hard to understand when searching.
  • The only issue with the software is that there is no one stop shopping.
