Cross countries implementation in an international environment may be painful.

Our development team made many usefull adjustments like EDI dashboard where all connections with customers and suppliers can be managed.

Though now largely adequately functional, the identification and development of interfaces to external systems was both confusing and time-consuming.

Standard product is comprehensive and is able to take care of a lot of business requirements.

The good thing about Infor ERP is that it is not as pricey as SAP and can pretty much compete with SAP in terms of functionalities.

Cloud Option: it is important to have a cloud option for customers. Integration: ION integrations with BOD(xml) and API are a groundbreaking Tool for communicating with other software.

Best one go for it no doubt such a successful softer ware in the market.

I liked the user friendly features of Infor LN. Being a totally new user, I was able to adapt to it very quickly.

Ease of use, complete ERP solutions , easy modules and session, customisation.

Our internal processes are now stronger such as delivery note, production order, invoicing process. Inventory system, cost estimation, human and material ressources planification.

Infor LN has been great as I am able to generate immediate reports.

The implementation with a local distributor in Thailand has been painful. Project managers change frequently, any type of customization is idfficult.

After using it for a bit more of time I found it easy to use and it responded quickly when releasing assets.

Ease of use - Met requirements that we had in moving from Baan - The implementation was very smooth.

I've been using BAAN/LN for a decade, coming from SAP, and has been a hard walk.

We are satisfied with all the report output we get. They have also worked with us with regard to good pricing breaks and customer support is excellent when we need help or fix on the software.

The most we missed was the more complex EDI module and the lack of advanced workflows within the standard.

This ERP can be a great asset to a company if it is set up right. A lot of flexibility for customization and the very vast list of features.

The user experience is the best i've ever seen.

LN is a very good fit for companies operating in multiple countries and in my different industries.

If your business process does not follow the LN system exactly, it is a struggle. The system is difficult to adjust or modify to suit your specific needs.

The pre-sales engagement with Infor was good, particularly with getting to grips with the underlying business strategies to be supported through new systems.

We are able to integrate third party software by using BOD messages and adding business logic with Extensibility.

System is very customisable, additional functionalities could be fast implemented, programming adjustments is very easy.

Jacked up prices, extortionist mentality,  poor business practices, unprofessional support, machiavellian attitude sales doctrines, etc.

There are times when we bump into a defect, these defects will impact our business processes and users.

Netstock for Sales Forecasting / Demand Planning. Netsuite claims to be able to do all of the above, it may do, but to such a poor level, it's not a viable option.

Great cloud based ERP system. We’ve invested in customizing it to our exact needs.

For my particular area of work, inventory management is great and is better than its competitors.

I recently switched over to Netsuite and I have really enjoyed it so far. It seemed like I picked it up after only a few days of using it.

I really like this program better than sales force because it’s easier to Navigate set of the systems.

From contract negotiation, implementation and after sales support, this has been my worst vendor experience as a 20 year professional.

When NetSuite has errors, they tend to be very bad ones and take a while to get fixed, which hurts our daily business.

I like that I can store all of the companies information in one place. I like that our customers are easy to find.

The structure of Estimate > Sales Order > Invoice is nice. Use of Tasks and Customer notes, contacts and related information is also nice.

You can integrate with any other application and also it's very fast and reliable. This can be the good solution for EDI also.

I'm in purchasing and have use over 15 different software systems and this is probably the worst or tied for worst.

The robust features that come out of the box are great. I like the abundance of add on Modules and Suiteapps available.

It helps tie costs and resources to a project code and manage expense approvals and reporting. Woud really like some features for mass uploads to save time.

They have so much 'clicking' to do they get confused, push the wrong button and because the whole thing is in effect an accounts package it can be difficult to undo the mess.

I love being able to mess around and try things without actually affecting the books. It also integrates with just about every finance product I've ever been interested in.

NetSuite can be difficult to learn at the beginning. You also have to pay for an outside service to link you emails from Outlook to NetSuite.

No accountability for system issues, error, or outages. Sneaky contracts that will hook you with discounts and raise fees exorbitantly after your are stuck with your data and huge conversion costs.

We have had poor support with the local NetSuite facilitating company. While we have made strides in the integration, it has taken years to do so, and we are a small company.

Honestly the best thing I like about NetSuite is how easy it is to contact Customer Service and how helpful they are.

The customer support is horrible. You can call your Account Executive and it takes days, weeks or months to get results.

After the trial it’s very hard to get any customer service or contact from the company. The service team sells the product and then they are nowhere to be found, and very difficult to contact.

A very good software for cloud base and does the basics  as well as for any other added customisation.

Set up team is great, and very accommodating. Overall product is great and we are looking forward to a lasting relationship.

Netsuite is essential to our finance department. It is user friendly and I would recommend to any company looking to switch their software.

I tested the free trial for the software and was amazed at it's capability. Definitely a winner for any company looking to scale their business.

NetSuite has been a great place for our company to store its financial information in a way that is organized and clean.

We have muliple units of the organisation which is very much effective to manage from this product service. Consolidation of Accounts: Very easy  I love it.

Need extensive expertise and training. Hard to integrate with other platforms.

The video tutorials are very monotone and boring.
