They can use their own artwork, manage their own approvals and when the customer approves their art, it takes the liability off the company for mistakes in grammar or spelling. The training takes a bit, but they go at your pace. Our customers love the ease of use from the design and purchasing standpoint and we like the capabilities from the back end. The best part is the unlimited support. Their support (and even sales) team are ready to ask any question, no matter how stupid or how many times you have asked it.
