  • Pros

  • It's been a good experience. Alice, the Support Team member that we had assisting us with implementation has been awesome.
  • I have been impressed with these applications, they are intelligently designed and have enabled me to make significant improvements to my quality processes from day one.
  • Overall experience with Intellect is great. Everyone at Intellect is very helpful and great to work with.
  • Cons

  • The documentation package is not compliant, execution and the documentation effort was poor. URS, FRS, Guides are not even accurate, much less complete.
  • Difficult to do during normal business hours on slower networks.
  • I have very limited use of the product. We have yet to launch things here and i am scheduled to attend a training session at the end of august on the product.

  • Great company to work with, good customer service. Always impressed with the forward thinking and continued improvement and advancements.
  • We are self hosted so we need more help then most of Cority's other customers but their customer support has been amazing and top quality.
  • The customer support has been excellent and the staff is always wonderful to deal with.
  • Cons

  • Not always the most intuitive user-interface. People who don't use computers regularly struggle to learn this system.
  • Layouts are difficult to customize and understand.
  • WPI are difficult and time consuming to upload.
