  • Pros

  • The mobile app is great because it helps people work from anywhere. The no-code platform is great because it lets us create new business apps to help us address any gaps in our processes.
  • Very powerful platform, easy to change the OOTB and build new apps, great customer service and great and resourceful online Intellect University.
  • The implementation team is great and offer amazing training events. My customer success manager is very responsive and is willing to move forward with me as soon as we are ready for the next steps.
  • Cons

  • The documentation package is not compliant, execution and the documentation effort was poor. URS, FRS, Guides are not even accurate, much less complete.
  • Difficult to do during normal business hours on slower networks.
  • I have very limited use of the product. We have yet to launch things here and i am scheduled to attend a training session at the end of august on the product.

  • I also appreciate that they are regularly improving the system and that there is good attention on providing supporting validation documentation.
  • I like that it is really easy to navigate and help centre works great, it really helps in every step of the way.
  • The customer service is excellent and it appears that they are trying to improve both the quality of the product and the features.
  • Cons

  • The inability for a manger (such as myself) to have visibility to my direct reports training status as well as the status of other assigned activities for items that I have to manage.
  • There is no app available for the software yet.
  • Since we are so restricted, it hurts work flow. Another layer, just below full access, to allow us to manage our over arching responsibilities, would be helpful.
