  • Pros

  • EDI from IQMS is top notch. The support team is fantastic and it is amazing what they can do to make a customized solution to fit your needs.
  • Very easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. Help screens are excellent and provide easy to understand direction.
  • Very good fit for our business (plastic injection molding). Standard costing system is good to excellent.
  • Cons

  • Disappointed - wrong move - guided in the wrong direction.
  • It is significantly more costly to change and fix than doing it right the first time...including with this software.
  • The WMS portion is a disaster. Pick module a nightmare.

  • It has provided us with a great way to track leads and our progress with each guest we encounter. The reporting tool also lends a great hand when it comes to marketing.
  • A cost effective and well integrated PAAS solution for Salesforce that if you use Salesforce and need the ability to extend your capabilities is well worth investing in.
  • Easy to use / easy to train new hires so they can start using it, their cust support is incredible and again it feels great to know all our data is being handled for such a good company.
  • Cons

  • Being stuck with this as the interface for it is simply unacceptable. I do not think there are many worse mobile adaptions of a platform as this one.
  • Support is terrible here by the way. They really push you toward self-service or community based service.
  • In the start some bugs and errors, they were fixed couple months after. Chat: no timer added yet, you don't know how long is the current chat.
