"Overall I think the software is a great entry level ERP that can allow a business to quickly understand their costs and find avenues for improvement."

"We appreciate its features for quoting, order processing, scheduling, inventory management, job tracking, and invoicing, among others."

"Other systems provide more digital based solutions that provide faster results more efficiently. When we voiced to them that we were switching to a new provider, they told us to get everything in order in one week and then shut down our subscription until we pay for a year contract for just 3 users."

"We had to do one job at a time: extract/download. When we gave the 30-day notice to discontinue our month-to-month service, we were told we missed the cut-off to cancel and would have to pay ten more months. "

"We flew in their 1:1 trainer at $1200 per day, and even he could not get the QuickBooks integration to download correctly."

"Also, it does not allow other users to see my work, still resetting to the default every time."
