Kapture team has been really helpfull during start of use and everytime we had an issue. The software is really ergonomic and meets expectations

Después de un poco más de 2 años con Kapture puedo decir que estoy encantado con el servicio. Hemos llegado a un nivel de madurez en el que se nos presentan los datos que necesitamos en forma de BI dashboard al instante y cuando lo necesitamos de manera que el tiempo dedicado a preparar los reports para el management es prácticamente 0. Nos evita muchos errores de toma de datos ya que al ser por ordenador o tablet corrige bastante posibles fallos de entendimiento, pérdida de papeles, suciedad, etc. He participado activamente con Kapture.io en su desarrollo y estoy muy contento de poder colaborar con ellos en el desarrollo de algunos BI y de mi experiencia en una planta de producción.

Con Kapture puedes gestionar todos tus datos y mediciones de calidad para que se usen desde el mismo puesto de trabajo, sin intermediarios, sin papel para que el operario o auditor te reporte los datos exactos que precisas. Luego, con sus personalizados BI Dashboards, tendrás toda la documentación perfectamente clasificada y ordenada para que no tengas que perder tiempo en la preparación de los datos, si no en la toma de decisiones. Un software basado en la nube exigente, de calidad, muy completo y muy user-friendly donde facilita tanto la toma de datos como la presentación de los mismos.

Todo y que el software es muy editable y permite multitud de opciones, hay algunas veces que, por ejemplo, no te permite mezclar en una misma página dos tipos de controles (como estéticos y de caja) con lo que tienes que duplicar la información. Le falta un editor más completo de tablas e imagenes, ya que el que hay actualmente es algo difícil de manejar y no tiene muchas opciones. El hecho de que se contrate el servicio por número de usuarios es un limitante de la experiencia ya que cualquier empresa primará reducir costes a base de recortar usuarios.

Un gran valor añadido del software es que permite centralizar TODOS los datos de planta en un mismo Cloud y desde allí analizar los distintos procesos de fabricación. Nos permite ver indicadores en tiempo real. Herramienta en constante evolución, implantando nuevos aplicativos o módulos internos.

Es un software transversal, que aporta capacidad de análisis desde la primera capa de la empresa: toma de datos a nivel de línea desde distintos dispositivos como tablets, instrumentos, CMM, Vision, etc.. Utilización de Paneles Inteligentes a medida para el análisis y toma de decisiones. Digitalización de todas los Planes de Control e Instructivos eliminando TODO el papel en planta.

La herramienta de creación/configuración de Reports es mejorable aunque el resultado final es Optimo y Funcional

As Nissan parts quality department we want to get some quality data from suppliers (dimensional, quality checks,, etc) in a real time and in a summarized way, that allow us to prevent any supplier quality concern, before impacting production line. KAPTURE.IO allow us to access to all this information as was agreed with the supplier, simplifying communication and decisions. Definetely a win-win solution for supplier & customer

KAPTURE.IO is a QMS that allows digitalise quality activities in a very easy way. Digitalisation is very intuitive and not required strong training or skills. It's very flexible to include all quality operations in several configurations without any development, just application. Data is showed in a very visual way, easy to understand and analyse !! Another strong point are alarms that will inform you in case any deviation happens on production and help you to get quick decisions and avoid non quality cost.

Bussiness problems solved with Kapture: Monitorize the rejected parts from the inspection lines to follow up which cameras / groups of cameras reject more parts and take actions to improve %rejected parts.

Potential improvement: feedbacks given to Kapture has been taken into account to improve the tool. To point something: all graphs (dashboards / reports / Quick reports…) to be showed in the same place.

Overall the experience has been positive and although we are just starting on the road to digitisation we are glad to be taking this trip with Kapture.io, and although it will be some time before we fully utilise every feature within the package, the support those far has been exemplary.

Originally purchased the program to allow a transition from a mostly paper process for dimensional auditing to a digital system, but Kaptre.io actually gives us much more in it is basically a QMS, taking our needs from just auditing to problem solving allowing us to track any concern from start to finish in one system, adding other features like internal and customer concern management, process audits and more.

I am sure everybody will agree that no off the shelf system will fit every business, and we have different systems and methods that are similar to what is offered, but most of the Cons are just in the wording, for example we use 5 why's for our investigations but Kapture.io problem management is based on 8D.... although it is being looked at, we are happy to transition to 8D as it does the same.

The experience was very pleasent and satisfactory. The collaboration with Kapture team was very successful and fluent.

As the software is prepared especially for Quality Control in Manufacturing, it needed a period for adaptation to Trasnportation sector, but the result was very successful.

Nos ha servido para eliminar muchos procesos rudimentarios con papel. Y hemos evolucionado mucho en la digitalización de estos.
