Para mi Kawak es mi mano derecha en mi trabajo, la he utilizado en dos organizaciones y ha sido un éxito, la recomiendo totalmente.

#### Pros

Kawak es una herramienta que permite gestionar los sistemas de gestión integrados, es muy intuitiva, permite realizar seguimiento y asignar responsables a tareas y compromisos y contar con la información en tiempo real, una gran ventaja es que Kawak alimenta automáticamente el listado maestro de documentos y realiza la divulgación automática por correo cada vez que se actualizan los documentos. El soporte y servicio al cliente de Kawak es excelente, el personal te enseña a como sacar mayor provecho a la herramienta y te acompaña cada vez que lo necesites. En realidad Kawak nos facilita la vida a los que coordinamos y mantenemos el SGI.

#### Cons

En ocasiones hay algún tipo de falla en su funcionamiento (temas de configuración), como toda herramienta, pero con colocar el ticket de soporte esto se soluciona en el menor tiempo posible.

El producto tenia muchas restricciones y no brindaba todas las funcionalidades y módulos que tiene Kawak, solo era para cargar documentos y registros.

Se cuenta con un sistema de gestion integral, que busca tener la informacion en un solo lugar , la verdad lo recomiendo 100%

KAWAK tiene diferentes modulos para tener el sistema de gestion en un unico espacio, los modulos favoritos que teneoms implementados en la organizacion es el de equipos, el de gestion documental, de mejoramiento continuo, servicio al cliente. es bueno que todos los modulos interactuan entre si.

#### Cons

se han presentado intermitencias, o carga lento el sistema, no es recurrente pero si a veces seria importante tener soporte o ayuda 24/7 en especial fuera del horario laboral ejemplo despues de las 6 pm

Mi experiencia general con KAWAK ha sido muy buena, ya que es una herramienta clave para la gestión de nuestro sistema. Como oportunidad de mejora, me gustaría que cuando realicen actualizaciones o modificaciones en la plataforma, estas sean notificadas oportunamente y vengan acompañadas de un breve tutorial o guía interactiva para conocer y aprovechar los cambios fácilmente.

Su funcionalidad, practicidad y la facilidad para centralizar toda la información del Sistema de Gestión.

La gestión de permisos para el diligenciamiento de formatos en línea. Debería existir un permiso de carácter general para que los usuarios puedan diligenciarlos directamente, evitando pasos y clics adicionales para otorgar accesos individuales.

El acompañamiento del personal de KAWAK es óptima, muy veras, amable y colaborativo, siempre se tiene una atención de calidad, con la que se trabaja en equipo para poder tener una solución, un excelente servicio al cliente.

Es una herramienta que se moldea muy fácil a las necesidades del cliente, además es interactiva y fácil de entender, tiene un análisis de datos efectivo.

Se demora un poco en el cargue de las páginas de indicadores, por la cantidad de información analizada y en intelhub no me permite analizar un indicador en específico.
