Substantial benefits of eWorkin'

Woodward was among a few very first that decided to use eWorkin. Our company uses this software in the Operations area, where it is currently one of the most important tools supporting wind inverters production process. We used tables with eWorkin application and replaced very extensive paper checklist. We gained a lot of positive effects, starting from paper usage reduction, through inspection quality improvement, to significantly improved analysis of gathered data. Excellent support and flexibility of Andea Team, very open-mind approach to customer needs, great flexibility and fast reaction to customer demands helped us to implement eWorkin and future updates with very few technical issues.

Pros

eWorkin software helped our company to significantly enhance the visual inspection process. Thanks to eWorkin: - we significantly reduced inspection time (elimination of extensive paper work, fast feedback to process owners, eased changes implementation), - improved analysis capabilities (all data available on demand) and - made a step change in ergonomics improvement. Excellent support and flexibility of Andea Team, very open-mind approach to customer needs, great flexibility and fast reaction to customer demands helped us to implement eWorkin and future updates with very few technical issues.

Cons

eWorkin software is quite a complex tool with many options and flexible configuration (which is basically a positive and needed thing). With the extended scope our company uses eWorkin, the only limitation or disadvantage I see is related to the internal support. It requires dedicated, well-trained resources to support it and it's not easily replaceable.

eWorkin

We are using eWorkin software for more than 2 years in two of our manufacturing facilities. With the implementation of eWorkin, we transferred our legacy ticketing functionality from a logbook system into this new solution. The information is now available faster and everywhere (smartphones and workstations) and the solution helped us to increase the overall efficiency of the maintenance personnel and assured timely completion of the maintenance tasks. Broad visibility of the status of the issue resolution allowed team leaders and supervisors to plan corrective actions faster and coordinate planned activities easier.

Pros

· Reduced waiting time for an electrician or mechanic for each breakdown before he is at the equipment and starts working. · Daily time saving in coordination and communication (e.g. phone calls) as breakdown and status information available real-time to the whole team. · Short implementation time, and comprehensive post implementation support from Andea team with a customer oriented mindset

Cons

Troubleshooting can be a challenge for the local IT due to the complexity of the system

An easy to implement manufaturing execution solution for our packaging sites

Manufacturo filled a gap in our application landscape and helps us to digitalize shopfloor activities.

Pros

Südzucker uses the MES part of Manufacturo called eBox. Highlights are: A short implementation time of 4 weeks. The intuitive user interface reduces training efforts. An out of the box functionality to measure Overvall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). A flexible task and alerting feature to digitally prove mandatory quality tasks to auditors

Cons

Integration to our ERP system. This feature will be available in the next version of Manufacturo.
