MRPeasy improved my manufacturing business in the blink of an eye.
I have experienced a number of tangible benefits. The efficient management of my resources has increased productivity and reduced production waiting times. In addition, real-time inventory control and purchase order automation have reduced the risks of running out of stock or having excess inventory. MRPeasy has significantly improved the organization and efficiency of my business, allowing me to focus on growing and developing my business instead of wasting time managing operational tasks.
PROSWhat I like best about MRPeasy is its easy to navigate and intuitive user interface. Even without any prior knowledge of ERP or MRP systems, I was able to quickly set up and use the software. Cloud-based accessibility allows me to review and manage my trades from anywhere, at any time, using my mobile phone or laptop. Production planning is another area where MRPeasy really excels. I can easily schedule work orders and assign tasks to my employees, thanks to its visual scheduling system.
CONSDespite its many advantages, MRPeasy does have some drawbacks. The first is its price. Although it is affordable compared to other ERP systems, the costs can add up quickly if I need more users or additional features. Another aspect that could be improved is customization. While MRPeasy is very comprehensive, sometimes I would like more options to customize certain aspects of the software to better suit my specific business needs.

MRPEasy for food supplement and cosmetics contract manufacturing
The flexibility of the configuration, intuitive and easy of use of the system (although not available in our language) made the move from the previous IT solution without hick-ups. Use of the application on mobile devices makes the inventory management more efficient.
PROSEasy of use and configuration for small manufacturing operations. Easy configuration of user defined fields which are persistent across several functions. Import, export functionality streamlines integration with customer's operation.
CONSQuality inspection functionality was too simplistic for our operation. To our satisfaction the suggested functionality change was considered as an improvement and implemented in a relatively short time period. Pricelist functionality turned on for a customer request, which was not implemented at the end. Although deleted all related master data, we could not turn off the functionality. This area might need more improvement if required by several customers.

Best match for our operation, which requires high flexibility and easy configuration of different functionalities without coding.
Reasons for switching to MRPeasy
Flexibility of the system and easy configuration of the required functionalities. The move from the old environment to MRPEasy due to the easy of import/export functionality made the transition quick and without any business interuption.

Such a shame
I am pulling all of my customers away from it because a backup is the customer's data! To restrict it to a short time period is really not acceptable. After all the work is done so why force customers to do it again. For me this caused major embarrassment and had a negative impact on my reputation and as such I will not be associated with the software or business again. I am movint to Katana and will be pushing all past and future clients there too.
PROSThe software is easy to pick up and run with. As a contracted product Development Manager I have set it up for many clients who continue to use it. Training is easy too. The system is smooth and intuitive and literally guides you to the correct sections as you progress. They didn't miss a trick.
CONSThe trial does not allow you to back up for more than 30 days. As it takes 12 to 18 months to launch a product you can get bribed into paying a monthly premium as a contractor to keep the main purpose of the software in order during that time. Others allow you to trial backup then when you are ready upload your backup and hit the ground running saving money and time. MRP Easy however does not!

I didn't. I used it Promoted it and set it up for several clients and am now telling them to abandon ship!

As usual, we provide a free trial of up to 30 days. It can be used up to 6 times. Yes, for security reasons, by default we do not allow uploading a backup from one account to another.

A software aptly named
It helps us to formalize BOMs, routings and manage stock.
PROSIt is full Saas and needs no hardware. It is easy to handle and easy too use.
CONSI would expect a Manufaturing Order per BOM level and not a multi-level MO while processing an order. It could be important to trace each steps of the process (BOM) with a different MO.

The need for an appropriate IT tool to manage the production activity.

Fantastic!
My experience with MRPeasy is fantastic! The transition has been seamless, my team really likes the new upgrade.
PROSOur Company had been using the same software for 17 years. This software is night and day compared to what we had. I have all the information I could need if I have any questions. I did not have that with our previous software. It's very user friendly and self explanatory, I can definitely figure out what I need with all the help they provide.
CONSThe only thing I feel could be improved upon, is the quoting process. I don't like having to create an item to quote a product I might not receive. If it's possible to quote a job with out creating an item that would be amazing. Once I have the PO, then the system should prompt me to create the items.
Reason for choosing MRPeasy
I felt it was the best option for our needs, after trying out all the systems and looking at multiple reviews, videos. I felt more comfortable with MRPeasy.
Reasons for switching to MRPeasy
I did not have videos, tutorial, information I could look up. Every time I needed something I had to call a representative that has all of Texas to cater too. I would be weeks before he could get to me or I would just have to figure it out.

Great, flexible cloud software that can grow with you
Quick to deploy and easy to use. Purchasing and despatch working well. May need support to set up BOMs and manufacturing side.
PROSEasy to access while travelling with app or browser version. Simple and cloud based. Quick to deploy and easy to understand. Good help guides.
CONSBeing cloud based customisation seems limited. Initial support to help set up as part of onboarding would have been a help.

If you make items that require lot tracking, this is a must have.
This has changed our business and allowed us to get certifications and expand. We are using it for our skincare business that we sell on Amazon in the US, Canada, UK and EU. Also we use it for a small winery that we have started. It gives us many of the advantages that much larger companies have, but with more flexibility. An incredible $$ performer
PROSThe product is incredibly easy to use, and we love the full audit trail on bom and routing changes. We have been able to get ISO and organic certifications and the auditors are very comfortable with the level of detail and traceabiltiy. So we can easily track a shipment back to the original raw materials.
CONSWe have multiple small locations for manufacturing and make lots of small lots. So when I buy in 55 pounds of bees wax, I am splitting that across multiple locations. so that tracking has been really tough and I think it is because I found it difficult to understand sites and storage locations and how best to handle that. So I started out probably wrong and am still trying to figure it out.

MRPeasy easy to deploy sofware
I have had the pleasure of testing out this software and can confidently say that it is one of the easiest to deploy that I have come across. The user interface was intuitive, making it simple to navigate and understand. Overall, I highly recommend this software to anyone looking for a hassle-free deployment experience.
CONSWhen it comes to software, customization is often a key factor in user satisfaction. Unfortunately, some products fall short in this area, providing limited options for customization. This can be frustrating for users who have specific needs or preferences. Great for keeping track of inventory
Being able to follow back where each product came from and where it has been shipped to. Being able to check up inventory simply.
CONSSome of our products are made at the same time as others but need to be inputted separately (as it is not always the case) which makes it harder to calculate costs of manufacturing.

Simple and user friendly MRP System
Experience is quite good, all the functions we need are available.
PROSSimplicity and ease of use.Excellent help function and good training videos.
CONSProduction planning of custom products is not optimal.Bulk editing should be possible in more functions than Items and Stock lots.CSV export is cumbersome; columns does not equal your chosen view and not possible to choose decimal separator.

Good software and support
MRPeasy has been a great way for us to transitioning to MRP. We've formalised our item and BOM structures, improved our production planning and made our operational purchasing more robust with this software. Overall we are happy with the product.
PROSThe interface is slick and modern. No issues with the software being slow. The program is intuitive and can be picked up easily. There is a surprising amount of functionality. The Junior MRP easily supports multi level BOMs, different production resources, customisable fields on items, adding images etc to items. Stocked and non-stocked items are supported, as are indivisible items (I've seen some much larger systems that don't support this). Safety stock levels can be easily set and maintained, allowing for simple planning. The inventory system allows a fair amount of freedom to define stock locations as needed. The purchasing system works fine, allowing easy tracking of what is on order. I'd say something similar for the Customer order interface -customer orders can be input easily, documents such as proforma or commercial invoices can be defined. We've definitely appreciated the customer support we've received. Answers come back within 24 hours and though not everything can always be changed, the answers are helpful. On more than one occasion I've provided feedback on certain screens and have had the response come back that yes, that sounds like a good change to make and we'll release that change in a week or so. We've found this super helpful and haven't seen that from too many other software companies.
CONSThere is not too much here, but the main bugbear for us is the work orders. Our BOMs have multiple levels and we would expect that MRP would spit out individual work orders for each operation that needs to be done. Instead, a single work order comes out, which can be worked on by different resources, but when a production process can take several weeks that means things like WIP become hard to manage. So we have to either accept this and make that work or split our work orders down, which makes production planning more manual.

Don't discount MRPeasy - it's feature rich, but easier on the user
I have had a great experience with MRPeasy. The software is the most straightforward solution for MRP I've ever found. The team there is very responsive and the newsletter always has interesting information, tips, and case studies. A+ experience.
PROSI thought I needed feature-rich software to run my manufacturing process. I tried three other softwares. Two were Excel based. One was Odoo. What I actually needed was for someone to come along and make an efficient, easy-to-use solution. The MRPeasy team did just that.
CONSThere wasn't much I didn't like about this software. The only thing I can say is that a few of the workflows felt redundant for very small companies (ones with only a few employees handling all of the tasks). At my company, we can pick the order, box it, label it all it one step. The folks at MRPeasy could probably customize that for me though, so difficult to say it's something I didn't like about the software.
Reasons for switching to MRPeasy
Odoo was very complex. I didn't want to have to get another degree just to be able to run my MRP software. Their techs seemed to know very little about the product. The reps knew much less even. They were not helpful and we struggled implementing it.

Best value in the small manufacturing space by far.
With MRPeasy our capacity doubled. It streamlined our production, and procurement so well that I'm now able to spend a lot more time on growth and sales.
PROSExtremely comprehensive and works seamlessly with Xero and Shopify. It is user friendly and easy to understand for any systems oriented thinker. The video support library made the initial setup much easier, and the support team was there to fill in anything I couldn't figure out on my own.
CONSThere are a few functions specific to the apparel space that have not been added yet, but I have been told they are in the development pipeline.

Changes the organizational game
It's fantastic. Best decision I ever made for my job's needs. And for the money, it's incredibly valuable. I've paid way more and gotten way less from other software companies.
PROSAll its functions. Because of this software I can organize my parts, subassemblies, their sourcing, and my manufacturing the way I wanted to. I really couldn't have stayed as organized as I now am without this software.
CONSThere are a few features that are lacking that I'd like to see:1 - individualized training. While they do a fantastic job of responding to requests, it would have been nice to be able to schedule a training session to specifically address our company's needs. I had to do a good amount of self-training using their videos online, then I taught everyone else in our organization.2 - The ability to see an entire build's subassemblies and parts in one place. Since I have multi-level assemblies, I can only view one item's BOM, I can't view all of them in one tree after I've manufactured a final product. That would be really nice

It honestly seemed the others were more concerned about selling their product, but this product seemed focused on being the best it could be at functionality. that's why I chose it!
