Extremely comprehensive and works seamlessly with Xero and Shopify. It is user friendly and easy to understand for any systems oriented thinker.

It is also nice that you can switch from one language to another with one click. Support is excellent, always here to help very quickly.

Help is great, aid in assisting in most of your needs (both online, and through customer support).

The software is the most straightforward solution for MRP I've ever found. The team there is very responsive and the newsletter always has interesting information, tips, and case studies.

This product is easy to use, searching via customer, invoice number or order number is helpful.

Learning videos are great. Subcontracting feature is crucial for us (can still be improved I believe.).

I did not have that with our previous software. It's very user friendly and self explanatory, I can definitely figure out what I need with all the help they provide.

Report/statistics is limited. Graph (statistic) is not printable, can view only.

Easy to use program that can be scaled with company growth. Customer service is very helpful.

The integration with QB Online, while functional, is limited. There is no Class tracking, and you cannot select multiple COGS accounts.

Great customer service and overall the product is quite strong.

The progressive nature of the software and its ability to jump to the exact page you need. It's pretty too in the simplest non-cluttered clean way.

For me this caused major embarrassment and had a negative impact on my reputation and as such I will not be associated with the software or business again.

Easy integration with Xero. For our company the modules of production planning/manufacturing, procurement and stocks are very important and this software fits our purpose.

I am able to clearly define my labor costs and operation scheduling.

The MRPEasy software suits our small business' requirements well and offers some fundamental features that are critical for successful application of the software.

But most importantly the usability of the program is outstanding.

After a few months system is working perfectly for us, and the new features come out regularly, and quite often on our own request.

MRPEasy is afforadable and easy to use. I would definitely do the free trial to get a better idea of how it works before implementing everything.

It is easy to use, and I like that it can integrate with Xero.

Some of the data transfers between Quickbooks online and MRPeasy, are hard to track, but not impossible.

The flow of production through the system is very logical and streamlined. It captures all details and is great at job costing and inventory management.

Overall experience is good, I have trialed 5 other cloud based MRP / ERP systems and found this to be the best combination of value for money, ease of use and functionality.

I want my employees to be able to use functions like bar code scanning on their tablets without having to pay enterprise / professional subscriptions for them as well.

The UX is very neat and intuitive. The dashboard cames with colored squares each one named exactly according what it does like procurement or production planning.

QuickBooks by Intuit is a great accounting solution for small businesses as it is easy to use and has great support.

The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.

It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

Inventory  wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM  (Method) that does not cost  a fortune.

This is absolutely ridiculous and appears to be by design. Shame on Intuit for this scheme to rip off its customers.

What I like the most about this super cool software is how easy it is to use compared to other softwares out there.

Sometimes the software will freeze up and I'll have to restart it to get it to work again. That is kinda annoying to have to do that.

I love the functionality of it and how user friendly it is. My favorite is integrating the bank and CC for easy reconciliation.

I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike  about this software.

Good reporting capabilities, ability to customize invoices and other functions is also great. Would recommend online over desktop version.

If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.

This is the best software for all size organizations. I love that it integrates with my bank account and gives me clear reports with visuals.

Help section is great and very informative. We use the reports feature a lot, and it is awesome to have so many reports to choose from to analyze how our business is doing financially.
