There are times when we bump into a defect, these defects will impact our business processes and users.

Netstock for Sales Forecasting / Demand Planning. Netsuite claims to be able to do all of the above, it may do, but to such a poor level, it's not a viable option.

Great cloud based ERP system. We’ve invested in customizing it to our exact needs.

For my particular area of work, inventory management is great and is better than its competitors.

I recently switched over to Netsuite and I have really enjoyed it so far. It seemed like I picked it up after only a few days of using it.

I really like this program better than sales force because it’s easier to Navigate set of the systems.

From contract negotiation, implementation and after sales support, this has been my worst vendor experience as a 20 year professional.

When NetSuite has errors, they tend to be very bad ones and take a while to get fixed, which hurts our daily business.

I like that I can store all of the companies information in one place. I like that our customers are easy to find.

The structure of Estimate > Sales Order > Invoice is nice. Use of Tasks and Customer notes, contacts and related information is also nice.

You can integrate with any other application and also it's very fast and reliable. This can be the good solution for EDI also.

I'm in purchasing and have use over 15 different software systems and this is probably the worst or tied for worst.

The robust features that come out of the box are great. I like the abundance of add on Modules and Suiteapps available.

It helps tie costs and resources to a project code and manage expense approvals and reporting. Woud really like some features for mass uploads to save time.

They have so much 'clicking' to do they get confused, push the wrong button and because the whole thing is in effect an accounts package it can be difficult to undo the mess.

I love being able to mess around and try things without actually affecting the books. It also integrates with just about every finance product I've ever been interested in.

NetSuite can be difficult to learn at the beginning. You also have to pay for an outside service to link you emails from Outlook to NetSuite.

No accountability for system issues, error, or outages. Sneaky contracts that will hook you with discounts and raise fees exorbitantly after your are stuck with your data and huge conversion costs.

We have had poor support with the local NetSuite facilitating company. While we have made strides in the integration, it has taken years to do so, and we are a small company.

Honestly the best thing I like about NetSuite is how easy it is to contact Customer Service and how helpful they are.

The customer support is horrible. You can call your Account Executive and it takes days, weeks or months to get results.

After the trial it’s very hard to get any customer service or contact from the company. The service team sells the product and then they are nowhere to be found, and very difficult to contact.

A very good software for cloud base and does the basics  as well as for any other added customisation.

Set up team is great, and very accommodating. Overall product is great and we are looking forward to a lasting relationship.

Netsuite is essential to our finance department. It is user friendly and I would recommend to any company looking to switch their software.

I tested the free trial for the software and was amazed at it's capability. Definitely a winner for any company looking to scale their business.

NetSuite has been a great place for our company to store its financial information in a way that is organized and clean.

We have muliple units of the organisation which is very much effective to manage from this product service. Consolidation of Accounts: Very easy  I love it.

Need extensive expertise and training. Hard to integrate with other platforms.

The video tutorials are very monotone and boring.

The documents are clean and easy to read. Overall, I enjoy logging into Qualio and navigating the system to quickly get what I need.

Since we are so restricted, it hurts work flow. Another layer, just below full access, to allow us to manage our over arching responsibilities, would be helpful.

Qualio team was very supportive with the transition to an eQMS system.

It gives alot of good information, up to date information.

Most software will encounter an error now and then. While it is infrequent with Qualio, the error messages can be vague, prompting support calls that could be avoided with better detail.

Qualio team was awesome helping us migrate to their system. Streamlined employee quality training, SOPs, and overall QMS efficiency.

Fantastic, coming from older clunky more expensive QMS at other Pharma companies, Qualio was  a breath of fresh air.

One feature that is missing is automatic reminders of incomplete assigned training (supposed to be on the roadmap, though!).

We have elevated our Risk Management game. Our Quality people are happier using such a well integrated tool.

I have been using this since 1 year and i never had an issue. Impressed with the approvals with electronic signatures.

Tracking of documents and CAPAs as well as ease of navigation in the system are great.

It is also very easy to learn because it is very easy to use. The interface is simple and very understandable.

Currently the comments can only be placed at the end of each document section, however if a section is long it is not the most efficient way to put comment.

It is very user friendly and intuitive, I didn't need to have any training.

The software is very user friendly and simplified compared to other quality systems I used in the past.

Easy to use with a very intuitive user interface, compliance with CFR 21 part 11, outstanding customer support, swift document navigation.

The ease of use and the clarity and design of the documents compliance.

The customer service is excellent and it appears that they are trying to improve both the quality of the product and the features.

There is no app available for the software yet.

I like that it is easy to use and understand. The training documents and virtual assistance has been extremely useful in teaching new staff how to use the program.

The people of Qualio are high caliber and there is clearly a culture of Customer Service. There is a very good balance between structure and customization - Qualio has found the sweet-spot.

The system is extremely easy to use while maintaining the high level of quality that the biotech industry demands.

Great repository of all office documents. Hence I need not depend on any colleagues to get any documentation such as SOPs.

Qualio is very well and highly integrated. There is a relatively short learning curve, then quite intuitive.

The audit trails are easily accessible and provide good detail. The Events module allows documenting actions that require staged approvals and tracking progress.

The speed of being able to receive comments or suggestions within the change control process has made the process of getting documents and events approved much more quickly and efficiently.

At first is a little confusing. I suggest making some tutorial videos for simple examples.

The inability for a manger (such as myself) to have visibility to my direct reports training status as well as the status of other assigned activities for items that I have to manage.

The best thing about this software is the ease at which it enables staff members to learn policies and protocols for our organization.
