Very positive experience. The Optessa tools do a much better job than our legacy applications in fulfilling to our Production Plans on the initial run. Has helped in pulling the build of Retail over stock orders ahead in the schedule.

Quality of Scheduling and Sequencing output is very good. Does an excellent job of honoring the various constraints required by our business.

We receive consistent feedback from our business users that the run times are too long.

I like the clear structure of process solution

Quality assessment of sequencing independent of the instruction sets. To reach a certain data / sequence quality you can use different distribution instructions, but OPTESSA does not support an instruction independent quality metric.

It's well built for what it does. But as a user who is in the application for hours every day, there are opportunities to improve on the interface.

The layout and the flow or the sequencing tool is intuitive. Support has been available to answer questions along the way.

The unnecessary confirmation mouse clicks. If I'm not committing something, you don't need to confirm mouse clicks with and "OK" button. Just take the action. Also, I'd like to be able to open multiple windows with the application running for different functions. Can't do that currently.
