Easy, sorted but heavy application
Overall application is good to use. And Polarion has good GUI interface compare to other application. But performance wise it is bit heavy to use, it can be lighter.
PROS1. Easy to use application with good user interface available. 2. Almost all type of fuctionality available which are requires for any QA. 3. Can apply the query while filtering test plan or test template.
CONS1. No Cons as such about this application. But would like to specifically write about it performance, it takes lots of time to load, this is the main issue.

a bit expensive for medium sized company but still very good product
we had a chance to work with Polarion QA in our customer's environment which is a manufacture company also. We have been told that it is a bit costly but they choose it because they have very good relationship with Siemens. As far as i worked with it , i can say that it is very comprehensive tool from end to end test activities far a big company but i dont think it is suitable for medium sized company
PROSYou can easily customize the workflows according to your company dynamics, reporting is a really strong in the product you can get very comprehensive reports after each release, it is very talented product to follow your quality assurance activity from the requirements to after test execution.
CONSit is a bit expensive for medium sized company and there would be better alternatives for them. And I think they need to work on customer services as well, we waited too long to get an answer even it is a basic thing for us.

Good QA support service
Polarion is a good tool that helped me a lot in testing. At the same time, it has certain shortcomings that can be worked with.
PROSI mainly used Polarion for test cases. Polarion offers various settings, tracking of individual test cases. Polarion in the company was connected to Jira and confluence, which worked great.
CONSPolarion was often slowed down, searching and displaying also had its bugs, which even after years of use I didn't fully understand. The design is a bit outdated.
