Reporting on tasks is limited. The UI experience suffers at times, particularly in the reporting space.

I love the browser extensions, the customization options, and Google calendar integration.

I have had instances where one updates and the other does not and then I get doubles or things get confusing. Also, the base price is expensive.

I have used the drag over email but sometimes have lost the link to outlook which is annoying and then I can't simply email that from PM it's stuck there and I can't email it ( big problem for me).

It is the best app I have used to keep my daily, weekly, monthly and even yearly responsibilities.

I will quickly admit that without having used Priority Matrix over the past few years, I'd probably be lost.

I am able to email a quadrant to the group I have a meeting with next with ease. I am very pleased with this program and would recommend to anyone who meets with people on a regular basis.

I liked using PM so much like I decided to add a member of my team to my subscription, and now we together use it to manage both our individual and team projects.

It's very powerful, helps to organize the office and all of the different duties that everyone does. The support from the company is great, they check in often to  see if you need help.

I like their offering of a dozen effective matrices and the ability to design and color-code my own.

It seems very pushy as though trying to force itself to be my main go to app.

This is a very good product with great customer service. This company is very focused on customer satisfaction.

Lack of access control to prevent accidental edits to projects/tasks owned by someone else. No additional Cons to mention at this time.

Itens move from one to the adjacent grid, sometimes, accidentally which is annoying - I feel either it would be better for items simply not to move at all between grids, or be more controllable.

Windows/PC interface is terrible. It also syncs very slowly with my Apple devices.

It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.

There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

I love using Salesforce. It is very user friendly and helps me be able to track my progress and create a clean pipeline.

Ref IDs are my biggest pet peeve, they don't always work and I've lost emails this way from clients. This leads to a bad consumer experience for everyone involved.

Ease of use and works great for small (that's us) or large companies it blends well with other programs is customizable and tracking is good,  reach out is also very easy to use.

Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.

Like I stated before, I was happy about the switch to Salesforce Lightning, but it has turned out to be great. I like that my emails and Talkdesk are integrated into Salesforce as well.

My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.

The integration with gmail is awesome. Being able to automatically log emails to the appropriate account instantly is such a nice feature.
