Pros
- I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.
- It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.
Cons
- The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.
- It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.
Pros
- That we could install it & set it up ourselves, which avoided six-figure installation costs to a third party.
- If you know how to use Excel you can create and edit dashboards...it's that easy. It is straight forward to connect to machines and get data out of them very quickly.
Cons
- The data coming from a DXM to Sensortrx was not reliable. Spent alot time narrowing down the problem.
- Does not work well when you have co part and you want to run only one part on the machine as this is reducing the OEE unless you adjust manually.
