I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.

It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.

QuickBooks by Intuit is a great accounting solution for small businesses as it is easy to use and has great support.

The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.

It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

Inventory  wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM  (Method) that does not cost  a fortune.

This is absolutely ridiculous and appears to be by design. Shame on Intuit for this scheme to rip off its customers.

What I like the most about this super cool software is how easy it is to use compared to other softwares out there.

Sometimes the software will freeze up and I'll have to restart it to get it to work again. That is kinda annoying to have to do that.

I love the functionality of it and how user friendly it is. My favorite is integrating the bank and CC for easy reconciliation.

I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike  about this software.

Good reporting capabilities, ability to customize invoices and other functions is also great. Would recommend online over desktop version.

Help section is great and very informative. We use the reports feature a lot, and it is awesome to have so many reports to choose from to analyze how our business is doing financially.

We are implementing work instructions that are now in excell. The biggest advantage is that we have all the instructions in one place and not all over the computers.

Swipe guide is an interesting and educative or innovative application, that help in educating and enlightening people.

Not able to manage images. For instance, difficult to find if the image already exists in the library.

Easy to use and to find all the document from all the OpCos.

No need to conduct repetitive training for the team and new employees because with Swipe Guide, we have the step-by-step videos that we use for training.

I think for example that could be more configurable for admins. For example one disadvantage is that inside of a guide, i havent got the optiona to create subthemes inside of themes.

It's very hard to adjust the pictures in every step. Sometimes the pictures aren't visible because they are too large.

No notification generated when feedback is received. Edit history comments are not descriptive to what exactly was changed.
