I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.

It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.

QuickBooks by Intuit is a great accounting solution for small businesses as it is easy to use and has great support.

The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.

It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

Inventory  wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM  (Method) that does not cost  a fortune.

This is absolutely ridiculous and appears to be by design. Shame on Intuit for this scheme to rip off its customers.

What I like the most about this super cool software is how easy it is to use compared to other softwares out there.

Sometimes the software will freeze up and I'll have to restart it to get it to work again. That is kinda annoying to have to do that.

I love the functionality of it and how user friendly it is. My favorite is integrating the bank and CC for easy reconciliation.

I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike  about this software.

Good reporting capabilities, ability to customize invoices and other functions is also great. Would recommend online over desktop version.

Seamless integration is a benefit. We have been using it for years and I like the continuous improvements that are made to the platform.

I like the ease of use of Quickbooks. The system is easy to navigate and they have helpful tooltips in case you have a question.

The price is very affordable. Good accounting reports and provides great flexibility with third party applications.

If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.

This is the best software for all size organizations. I love that it integrates with my bank account and gives me clear reports with visuals.

Help section is great and very informative. We use the reports feature a lot, and it is awesome to have so many reports to choose from to analyze how our business is doing financially.

Most I love about this software is that it is relieable pretty much good to be recommended for anyone.

In spite of its costs and its less-then-heavenly online assistance, QuickBooks Online wins our Editor's Choice honor for offering the best, thorough, helpful, and usable devices.

I really liked how this app is really great for small businesses with employees on-site. Once you learn the software you should be confident that Quickbooks is the best out there in the market.

I love that you can manage your personal and buianess finnances with ease and you have help through out the entire process.

Inventory control from tracking raw material to finished goods as improved dramatically since the purchase of Esti-Track.

Going to the user conferences every year i'm able to see how other users utilize the system which gives me ideas of what we can possible do better in our own company.

We've added customization over the years to fill our individual needs, which has been extremely helpful as well.

Lastly, we want to comment on the customer support we receive through the “Henning’s Support Team. Their support staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.

Certainly the software research stage took longer than the implementation once we purchased Henning’s Visual EstiTrack software.

This has already been proven to be very useful, in quoting and pricing. We chose EstiTrack because it offered the most of what we could use immediately, and some of what we could use later.

The developers constantly enhance and upgrade the software to the needs of it's users. The customer support is attentive and prompt.

What I like best about this product is its ease of use.

At the start of this product use, I needed a lot of assistance. The help was there when needed, and the use of the videos built into the software product were valuable.

The Henning’s support team installed it from their office in the USA and was there every step of the way until we were completely satisfied.

We have nothing - so implementation is not an easy thing to do - but the results will be fantastic.

One of the reasons why we purchased Henning Software in 2002 was the ability to make changes and customize the software to fit our company, this still stands true today.

The reports that the program is able to generate has helped our company many ways. Our accountants like the financial reports.

This software is easy to use, many things are self explanatory and when you do need assistance you just call and customer service will schedule you a time for phone conference.

What I like least about the software is the inability to size the screens inside of ET.

We are currently learning how to setup and use the scheduling board and we are very excited to role it out to the shop floor.

They have been amazingly supportive and committed, starting with pre-sale demos and conversations. Their investment in our pre-sale due-diligence paid off for both of us.
