It is also easy to export data and to implement the use of the modules from a paper-based system. QT9 support is EXCELLENT. They are very responsive and provide great service. It also provides significant added value for the cost - best bang for your buck! For example, approvals for different stages in CAPA rather than one final approval at the end. The Customer Feedback and CAPA modules allow for team collaboration (through tasks) and help with data trending. I especially like that the tasks can have a due date (with notifications.) All other eQMS sites were a lot more. I also love the training module. I also keep all my document management in QT9 for control and revisions. #### Cons After entering a field, if I do not hit save, before going to another tab, it doesn't save. When I do several document reviews, I have to go into a separate module to 'publish' the document. We haven’t used their Audit Module, but their Set-Up team is very helpful in answering questions and could assist in meeting future requirements. It goes without saying the system is easy to use, with their uniform and consistent displays/structures. Having interlinked modules (for example, being able to create NCs directly from inspection results) saves time and improves efficiency. You do not need to map your current processes into QT9 - you use the built-in process workflows, and the workflow and tab interface is consistent across the modules. This makes deployment easy, because once people are familiar with the interface they can learn other modules easily. You can focus on how to *use* the software, and not spend valuable time trying to *configure* it. #### Cons QT9 is very responsive to feature requests and bug fixes. We have provided several suggestions that are being considered to improve usability. We also purchased the QT9 ERP and are looking forward to implementing this functionality in the near future. #### Cons I have not heard a single complaint. The additional of the change control system allowed us to include that feature and use it to track training and approval of documents without using the paper system. #### Cons The inability to remove users that are logged on but not using the system, especially if they have left for lunch or other reasons and left themselves logged into the system.
