Sanjay, in particular, has been invaluable; his expertise and willingness to help have consistently gotten me back on track quickly and confidently. Although I had previous experience with TrackWise, that familiarity did not translate to Qualcy at first. However, as I’ve grown more comfortable with the system, it has become clear just how thoughtfully designed it is. As someone leading implementation of a compliant QMS in a small business, the Training, CAPA, and Document Management modules have been especially impactful. The document control functionality has exceeded our expectations.
