Pros/Cons

Pros
The set-up was very easy. The instructions giving was easy to follow. Customer service was very helpful with the questions that we had.
Sage is easy to navigate and easy to learn. There is so much that you can do with the program, it was very useful in my Billing Department.

Cons
Sometimes all those features can be confusing and trying to navigate the options can confusing but the online support is very very helpful
It's ancient looking. The aesthetics of the software in Classic View is not modern at all. However, it gets the job done and it's very efficient.

Pros
Easy to use and great support. Easy to use and great support.
Easy to use. I like the fact that there is continual improvement, some of the new functions have been really useful.

Cons
The integration with Xero is very good but not perfect if wanting to use Xero invoicing and not Unleashed invoicing.
Can be a bit tricky to get your head around, but not bad at all once you've done that. Just need to stick with it!
