Likes Best

How easy it is to adapt to your process. Easy to read information and easy to distribute. All information is accessible in one area and very well displayed.

Likes Least

No real negatives. The vendor is very easy to deal with. From a product perspective, it can become costly to build the bespoke package for your process.

Recommendations

Ensure you map everything out during initial discussions and have the information for the equipment/processes you need to integrate. If you cover everything you need, it will make the package easier to build and work smoother in transition.

The development cycle proved to be quick and included extensive interaction with the business. The underlying MES software has proved to be robust and capable of a great deal of flexibility through the implementation. The MES project was a significant success across five sites.

Cons

No real cons, the development was a difficult in the beginning but improved over time, rollout worked very well using a standard template
