GEN-PRO switched from Procore to SmartBuild. At the beginning there were holes where we found items that SmartBuild couldn't do that Procore did but working with the support team, they have been implementing new features that our team had concerns with. They continue to update and bring new features. He came across very knowledgeable about Construction being a GC himself. [sensitive content hidden] gave me confidence in his product and that it will continually improve over time. #### Reasons for switching to SmartBuild The biggest driving force for switching was Procores pricing model. We find this tool simple to use. Features are easy to understand and implement. It Matches the flow of construction on site as well in office. Addition of accounting and online drawings mark up features made it more usfull for any construction project. It has helped us consolidate all of our systems into one, It's an All in one software!.
