Seamless transfer to and from connecting construction software

PROS

We use Spectrum ERP for setting up our AP vendors as well as processing the check/ACH payments for our invoices. We first enter our invoices in PVault and then they will flow into Spectrum ERP once they are completely approved and ready for payment. The vendor information is set up in Spectrum ERP and then will flow into PVault. The transfer between PVault and Spectrum has gone very smoothly with no major problems encountered. Spectrum ERP is also very easy to learn. All the entry for setting up vendors, etc. is very straight forward and not complex.

CONS

Customer service for Spectrum ERP is very hard to contact. If there is an issue with the software, our IT department will shut down the software and reboot and if that does not work, then we will call customer service.
