  • Pros

  • Inflectra products continue to impress us with their capabilities and value. Their technical service is top notch- always responsive and spot-on in resolving any issues.
  • We have had significant improvement in our testing process. We are very satisfied with the tool from both a processing perspective and the ease of use for the testers.
  • The support team has been excellent. I really appreciate their prompt, courteous responses.
  • Cons

  • If you have a very rigid development process it might be a product for you but if you are into more agile processes and/or get annoyed by bad UX this is not a product for you.
  • Cannot be removed from emails, which is illegal. This is a form of harassment which is unwelcome in the current technology climate.
  • Limited features for defect management. Too many formatting possibilities for text inputs.

  • This is good solid application that is evolving to met the needs of its users. It is well worth a look when considering applications for requirements management.
  • Overall, a good experience with very capable software. Emphasis should be on user training so they gain maximum benefits.
  • Overall my experience with TraceCloud has been great. Its a very efficient and powerful program and easy to use.
  • Cons

  • No one should EVER change the contract requirements text, and that has happened. No one should have access to other people's requirements either, but they do.
  • Templates were a little confusing when starting up.
  • Blows it on simple things. Every time I get logged out due to inactivity, the web client goes to a dead "Confirm form resubmission" page which doesn't actually work if you refresh.
