  • Pros

  • Clarity, ease of use and an outstanding support team are just some of the reasons why I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to create offline questionnaires.
  • The ease of being able to export the data into different formats that are compatible with our systems is great. I also find the staff very easy to deal with and they are very accommodating.
  • The experience with IdSurvey has been great so far, and I would definetely recommend it.
  • Cons

  • No functionality to print questionary (as before in V4). Expensive token system, exclusively cloud storage of surveys (no offline as in V4).
  • By this all the questionnaires that had less than minimum acceptable duration for each question were disqualified.
  • There is no possibility to randomly select from the list of respondents. CATI calls are done via IP phone and not USBs.

  • The customization feature allows you to create colorful and creative emails that are appealing to the eye. The scheduling feature is super helpful to plan out communications.
  • I love the ease of use ability to integrate with various platforms and ability to check daily on our growth.
  • And allows for an all in one solution. The reporting is as good as it gets, most of their tools are free and the interface is super easy to use for editing purposes.
  • Cons

  • This price is outrageous. Also, they do not give you an option to not pay for the features you do not use.
  • I was quite frustrated with the fact that I had no assistance at all and it created a bad experience for me as a new user.
  • Some legit emails get marked as spam. If too many are marked as spam you run the risk of getting your account suspended or at times deleted.
