The form builder is easy to use and intuitive, I was able to customize it to get what I wanted. It was simple to embed into my existing website (hosted with GitHub Pages) and looks very clean. The Jotform branding, included on the free tier, is only at the bottom of the form and not at all intrusive. Cons: The feature to have users take a photo as part of their submission seems to result in really low quality images. But the same component gets much better quality images when they select an existing photo off their device. It's frustrating because having the ability to open the camera on the form is a nice touch. Building forms is fairly easy and can also be very intricate to suit all needs. Examples and templates helps immensely. Adding pictures and videos to forms are easy and helpful. Cons: Jotform has limited free options but for a one person business it is too expensive to upgrade. There are some asks that takes a long time to develop and there are some constraints. Although working with pictures and videos are easy, it does not always perform well depending on the users' settings or browser. Reasons for choosing Jotform Jotform does the work that I don't have time for. It's easy to drag and drop form fields and integrate my data and requirements into the form builder. My most frequent use is to create a registration form with both Zoom and Salesforce integrations, so respondents get a Zoom link upon registration and also get added to a Salesforce campaign. Cons: I do wish it were a little easier to get customer support from a live person instead of AI for especially tricky questions, and it would be nice if you could have multiple people on one account, even if it were a more expensive account.
