Pros/Cons
Pros
- It is super easy to use and very user friendly. I like that they have make the user experience so easy to build, implement and tabulate results.
- Using it since the very early days, and I ve seen how it grew over the years. Multifunctional, great customer service, ability to code yourself if needed (and they provide help with that).
- Found it to be quite fast to use and reliable. Not sure it's the best solution in market but was easy enough for the couple projects I used Jotform for.
Cons
- When I was stuck at work with a database that was just terrible, I instead got jotform.
- This had me doubt this service. Regarding the software, I would say that the form blocks are a bit confusing for me.
- I do not remember having anything I disliked about this software.
Pros
- There are so many built in features that ensure you, as a practitioner, have an easy job in managing and ensuring quality care.
- All the staff I work with continually rave about how easy and fun Noteable is to use - which in turn allows us all to have more fun in the work that we do.
- The team loves how user friendly it is. We would like to take special notice to your sense of urgency in helping work out our kinks, as we are new to this side of mental health.
Cons
- The only thing I find unfavorable is the inability to change some of the predetermined fields that our company does not utilize.
- There are no aspects of the product that are difficult to use. The integration process was smooth once all employees became accustomed to the layout of the site.
- Initially, notable was just another terrible ABA software that was hard to understand.
