Pros/Cons
Pros
- The templates are beautiful, you can literally do anything with them. All of my forms are so easy to customize, which has helped me improve our conversion rates tremendously.
- Overall, its a great platform to incorporate into my business. Simple tools are the best way to go and the advantage of signature figure and pdf was perfect for the success of my business.
- Overall, my experience with Jotform has been outstanding. The platform's intuitive interface and customizable features have made data collection a seamless process.
Cons
- When I was stuck at work with a database that was just terrible, I instead got jotform.
- This had me doubt this service. Regarding the software, I would say that the form blocks are a bit confusing for me.
- I do not remember having anything I disliked about this software.
Pros
- Found Qwary to be an excellent tool for collecting user feedback and love their clean user interface. It is quite easy to get started with Qwary even if you have not used a conversational form before.
- Most importantly it is very easy to prepare a survey and send that to my customer for answering. Video integration is a great integration for this app, Just awesome.
- It looks great on mobile, desktop and tablet. I can use the link at the footer of my newsletters to gather feedback if readers enjoyed it, and what to improve.
Cons
- I spent a ton of time trouble shooting a video survey only to have some customers still not be able to use it.
- Lack of URL customization. Can be buggy and requires work on the CS end.
- Gather questions in one group on one page is missing today. When you have a lot of question in your survey, it is long to answer one question per page.
